It is a great value for a service provider. Responsiveness, depth of knowledge, the ability to simplify a complex solution, identifying customer needs and tailoring the solution are all strengths of Stellar One. **What do you dislike about Stellar One?** There were no mis-steps throughout our process. **Recommendations to others considering Stellar One:** Take time to evaluate the ERP solution and be prepared to describe your needs in detail. Stellar one is very good at describing how the solution can address those challenges, and helping you communicate ROI back to internal/external stakeholders. **What problems is Stellar One solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to replace our current ERP with their solution. The team went above an beyond to help us evaluate and test the solution prior to an implementation.
