I have heard horror stories about other providers, but Algo has always been attentive to our needs and relentless in resolving them. **What do you dislike about Algorithm, Inc.?** I have no complaints about Algorithm at all. **Recommendations to others considering Algorithm, Inc.:** You should strongly consider giving them a shot. You won't be sorry. **What problems is Algorithm, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Algorithm has helped us update our IT infrastructure and manage it efficiently. Previously, we were using a COLO and were very limited on configurations for our network. The Algo team has been fantastic in providing the customization and support we need to get the job done. ### 2. We chose Acumatica because of their experience in the manufacturing verticals and their deep knowledge of the legacy ERP software that we were transitioning from. Our experience with their team in implementing Acumatica has been nothing short of transformative for our company. The integration process when upgrading and/or changing ERP systems was fairly seamless. And the knowlege of their systems by their team members made training and using easy. **What do you dislike about Algorithm, Inc.?** Dislike...?? The only thng I could possibly dislike about Algorithm is the fact that they are based out of Ohio and not Michigan. But, we have NEVER had issue when we've needed to get someone on-site. **What problems is Algorithm, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an 80yo company, change can sometimes be met with with resistance. For the past 25 years, the Algorithm team has gone above and beyond helping us with numerous updates and navigate a couple ERP software changes. We plan to keep them around for another 25+. They definitely know their stuff, and their customers. ### 9.
