They have strong technical knowledge of SAP Business One and are able to resolve backend issues that are difficult to handle internally. When issues are clearly identified, they can provide effective solutions.

Their support is especially helpful for system-level changes and troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about FUJIFILM MicroChannel?**

I appreciate FUJIFILM MicroChannel's great support, especially during system upgrades. They ensure everything goes smoothly by performing a lot of testing before proceeding. Having a test environment to check new upgrades is extremely valuable. Their expertise is always very good, and the MicroChannel representative William Woolmer has been really helpful. He responds swiftly to our emails and phone calls and always offers solutions to our issues. The response time is also a key factor in my continued partnership with them.

Nothing I can think of.

We have been working with our consultant Andrew for many years, and always get prompt replies for the SAP maintenance issue.
Other than that, he helped us with a lot of new projects which improved our business performance overall.

Nothing to dislike about Micro-Channel. Great customer service.

Go with Micro-Channel if you want great custoimer service. SAP is SAP - but the providers make all the difference. It is chalk and cheese between Micro_Channel and our previous provider.

**What problems is FUJIFILM MicroChannel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved our SAP service to FUJIFILM MicroChannel and the migration went very well. We had limited issues (unlike our previous provider) and the support was expectional! We then upgraded our SAP to include Boyum P&D and this process went as well aas possible - with the Micro-Channel teram going above and beyond. Abedee, Dasigan and the others invloved went above and beyond. Very happy with results and the customer service provided.

Processing of payments and reporting is much easier using the Dynamics GP setup by Microchannel. Also support response is very prompt. Most of the tickets are supported and closed the same day.

AWEX chose to work with FUJIFILM MicroChannel on the successful implementation and transitioning of existing data to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service application, hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.

very responsive team and can attend to any queries and provide solutions quickly. Robert Gaveston is our main contact and pivotal in organising solutions for us.

Live in-person demonstrations for solutions would be beneficial for the business to make decisions on suitable software solutions.

When scoping a project, take the time to complete are detailed blueprint and walkthrough with someone who understands SAP and business operations such as Rob Gaveston.
