They learned our process needs and worked with us to configure the system the best way to meet our needs. Usually there is a weak link somewhere in the group, but all of the consultants working with us were excellent. **What do you dislike about Strategies Group?** The only downside in the implementation was that they did not know what I did not know. Sometimes I did not know the right questions to ask. I'm not sure there is anything that can be done about that, but I ended up transitioning some data incorrectly because I misunderstood how it would be used. It was minor things and we fixed in final import after realizing the issue in Pilot. No harm done in the end. **Recommendations to others considering Strategies Group:** Give them a shot. Their prices are reasonable and they have a great pool of talent. **What problems is Strategies Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stategies Group was our implementation partner for our new Acumatica ERP system. The configured the system to our needs and provided training for our users. They are currently providing system support on an ongoing basis. ### 2. They will tell you precisely how it can be accomplished, train you in its use, and assist with implentation and training to all of your team members. If they can't do it they truly mean it. **What problems is Strategies Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Incorporation and Implementation of a new ERP software and Business Management software. Their skill set and expert knowledge in their own ERP software has allowed us to improve our systematic approach to projects, process improvement in every division of the company, and visibility of the overall work that the company does on a daily basis. ### 3. The way that they have been able to help us mold Acumatica into our own version of it has be invaluable. We've been able to build customizations and reports that we are familiar with from old systems while also building onto and better understanding what Acumatica has to offer. **What do you dislike about Strategies Group?** There really isn't much on the dislike side. If I had one thing it would be having clear expectations defined on the front-end of projects or support tickets in terms of timelines. We've run into instances of following up on projects/support tickets and finding out consultants are on PTO that week without having given us notice in advance. **Recommendations to others considering Strategies Group:** Be clear in defining expectations and goals on the front-end to best set yourself up for success. I would also advise that you get what you put it in, so be vigilant in that as a client to SGI and lean into their assistance and recommendations with them to create the best outcome. **What problems is Strategies Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strategies Group has been an integral part of Wright Construction for the past few years now. With their assistance in us implementing Acumatica as our Company's ERP, we've been able to start taking the next step in our growth by utilizing the information we now have available to us with this upgrade. SGI has continued to be a valuable partner in helping us make the system ours by way of customizations, training material, and so much more as we've continued to get comfortable in it. They've also been a tremendous asset to our team in regular support and maintenance services. ### 4. But dont have anything negative to say **Recommendations to others considering Strategies Group:** If you are just starting to use Acumatica, highly recommend having someone onsite to handle any issues that pop up. **What problems is Strategies Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strategies Group has been a game changer. We have had Acumatica for about 7 years now and when we made the change to Strategies Group about 18 months ago and it has completely changed our performance within Acumatica. We have better utilization of features, have been able to get customizations built out to help with day to day, and there support is able to resolve our issues in a timely fashion. Additionally, they have a team that is quite verse in all of the different modules of Acumatica. All in all, we will continue to use Strategies Group for all of our Acumatica needs! ### 6. Having a partner to quickly call and help me out with a GI or a quick dashboard would be lovely instead of going through formal ticketing, etc. However I understand the need for ticketing to track things, etc. Dealing with everyday task saturation, sometimes responses on tickets get buried! **What problems is Strategies Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Strategies Group supports our Acumatica needs in terms of system glitches, showing us how to perform a certain task, troubleshooting errors, upgrading to newer versions of Acumatica, and more. ### 9. Overall, they are responsive and follow up on open tickets. They respect our scope and engagement wishes when problem solving and working with ISV's to stay within our defined budgets. **What do you dislike about Strategies Group?** It would be nice to have more accessibility into visionary and strategic collaberation. Some of the creative process in imagining and seeing what options are available gets diminished in the ticket system... maybe more opportunities for this and not so much a break-fix mentality (ticket submittal). **What problems is Strategies Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** Various customization and ISV integration issues. ### 10.
