**What do you like best about Steelhead Technologies?**

Everything is located all in one software. You can attach prints to each part, masking instructions, price, color & etc. It's easy to locate all work orders, packing slips & invoices. Our customers have enjoyed receiving their quotes along with their digitally signed packing slip the second it's dropped off or picked up. It creates a better work flow in our shop.

**What do you dislike about Steelhead Technologies?**

The only thing we had issues with was transferring of invoices to our accounting software. Other than that, everything runs fantastically.

**What problems is Steelhead Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Steelhead is currently trying to create a workboard for our other shop. We have two facilities we run jobs through. Once completed, we will be able to see what is going through & completed at each.
