What we find most helpful about ProShop is its flexibility—it can be accessed from anywhere at any time. We also appreciate the addition of the new AI integration and the ProShop Academy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the Customer PO page, the work order numbers are currently positioned all the way to the right. In my company's view, these w/o numbers would be better placed on the far left. While we recognize that ProShop is a large company with many clients, we initially believed we would have more flexibility to customize the system and pay for any changes needed by us or our customers.
