**What do you like best about STAFFOMATIC?**

The company managed to develop a good product. It is simple to use, with the ability to work with hundreds of people in a reliable way. The performances were not always good but they made great progress recently.

**What do you dislike about STAFFOMATIC?**

the UI, it used to be very old and not functional but recently I see that they made progress, they are definitely going in the right direction. Let’s see how it will be in the future.

**What problems is STAFFOMATIC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What we needed is a way to manage shifts of drivers for a last-mile delivery service. We used to manage hundreds of bike deliverers and we needed to organize shifts on a weekly basis.

**What do you like best about STAFFOMATIC?**

Ease of use and intuitive user interface while allowing the team to fill in their own shifts and exchange shifts on special occasions, vacations or sickness. Also lets us evaluate shifts.

**What do you dislike about STAFFOMATIC?**

There is nothing about STAFFOMATIC that I dislike or find missing.

Shift management and reporting tools allows us to focus on the actual work.
