**What do you like best about Spur?**

The UI UX of the software/Website is just next level, the quick response team is  very genuine and quick to help, even the AI chatbot in WhatsApp is very humane and helpful, the pricing also is very reasonable, honestly, after shifting to Spur, our social media automation has become very easy

**What do you dislike about Spur?**

There were a few glitches in the initial stages, but as soon as we raised complain against the same, it was fixed immediately with very quick responses and actions

**What problems is Spur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps us automate Instagram and WhatsApp DMS, especially the comment to DM automation plus now they have added a new feature where it even helps me Tata to send signal back to META, giving it key insights about the valuable clients and non-valuable clients, so improving our cost per Click

Have used manychat before and many other platforms, I finally chose to work with Spur because their features are easy to implement and support is great. They are coming up with some really good innovative features. Existing features makes my business really easy.

**What do you like best about Spur?**

Service and attention in resolving all necessary issues so we can use the system. We are from Brazil, we have tried literally dozens of tools, and one point that stands out in Spur is the way I receive the service. My first issue was about the tool not being translated into Brazilian Portuguese. Promptly, a request was opened to have this feature, which will be a great differentiator for Spur to be in Brazil. We have been using the tool for a few days and I hope that the way things are will only improve. The tool is very simple to use and integrate.

**What do you dislike about Spur?**

I believe I need more days to be able to talk about this.

**What problems is Spur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cart recovery with Shopify, customer service across multiple channels. I believe that if Spur had the possibility to integrate payment methods like MercadoPago, it would be a differentiator, as the current payment method does not apply in Brazil, which limits us a bit.

**What do you like best about Spur?**

We had a unique experience with Spur, for several important reasons:  

1. Continued Innovation: Spur constantly introduces new information and features that improve our sales performance, positioning us as a leader in product innovation. 
2. Excellent Customer Support: Their team is always available, promptly addressing all queries and providing on-call assistance when needed, ensuring a smooth process. 
3. Easy integration with Shopify: Integration with our Shopify website was effortless, simplifying our processes and increasing productivity.  
Overall, Spur has dramatically increased our ROI and is a platform we use frequently and wholeheartedly recommend to others.

**What do you dislike about Spur?**

While Spur is user-friendly, initial implementation can pose some challenges when figuring it out on our own. 

However, the team is always readily available to offer assistance and streamline the process.

Chat Bot makes the automation process seamless ensuring we are required to spend less time manually replying to each customer

Easy to understand and the automated "reply-to-comment" feature

Some titles are difficult to understand at first but the team listens to all feedbacks and implement them quickly so no worries!

**What problems is Spur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business owner, I had to face a lot of difficulty in providing my customers with fulfilment status and going back to query distinguishing between the type of queries that they have, replying to comments and so many so many questions but helped me in automating that entire process. 

From sharing fulfilment, updates, to responding to comments, shooting broadcast to categorise or segmented customers, which will ideally reduce my broadcasting or advertising charges   

So overall it is very cheap and a great service bought for beginners because they also give you customised plan for the number of contacts that you’re using, and not just a rigid plan which is expensive for you as a small business owner

Easy to use and set up. Great support. Easy Interface, customer-friendly. All automations related to WhatsApp/Meta are available in one place. Will make small business owner's life easier. Helps in daily tasks so we use it everyday. Integration did not even take an hour.
