# How do you use SPS Commerce Fulfillment EDI to track POs and production schedules?

I like being able to quickly find new purchase orders and production schedules, plus revisit previous orders or schedules in a simple, user-friendly way. The main frustration has been the user chat help feature. Overall, it helps keep our supply chain informed about what we need to produce the right amount of goods. How are others organizing and searching POs and schedules, and have you found a better way to get support when chat help falls short?
