I think how Spinach takes and unstructured call and returns meeting minutes that are structured is amazing. It is so simple to just add Spinach to a call. it makes it easy to use every call. **What do you dislike about Spinach AI?** I think it could be more consistent in the output of the meeting summary. Sometimes categories come and go from the output, which strange to me. I think setting up the output structure as a Template would be great. So, a weekly status would have a standard template. For an Architecture Review Board, its more about making decisions and following up on Action Items. **What problems is Spinach AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is doing the job of a Scrum Master/Project Manager and taking notes and action items during a call. This is something that I cannot focus on when I am hosting the call. The summaries are great. It is easy to use. It makes my job easier by eliminating lost notes, action items and decisions. ### 2.
