It's a clean format with a nice UI. The scraping tool works quite well so it elimiates some admin work of putting in vendor, amount spend, VAT, etc. Easy to create recurring or one-time-use virtual cards for online purchases. **What do you dislike about Spendesk?** It would be nice to have a contactless option for that card, but I understand this might be due to security reasons. Another nice feature would be bill splitting between other colleagues. **What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Purchasing things for work is so painless. We can assign a credit card with a limited budget for each subscription. Potentially a great credit card payment system for the future. An app that can break down and lock you out anytime for no reason. Late receipts notifications for hotel pre-authorisations for stays that have not yet happened. Spendesk is not accepted by many taxis and restaurants as they have no merchant arrangement. So you have no confidence with the card, as it is a potluck, whether the card will be accepted, or if it will work or if the app will work. Not the ideal situation when travelling in unknown foreign countries or entertaining important customers. If I have to take a customer to dinner now, I call the restaurant in advance to see if they accept Spendesk. It's amazing. - The ease of use with the website, and the Slack integratoin is a nice bonus if you are not an email person. **What do you dislike about Spendesk?** - Sometimes when you upload an e.g. PDF invoice, Spendesk doesn't auto-fill the form fields accurately. However, the auto-fill is already a huge time-saver and I don't think it's possible to get it accurate 100% of the time. - It would be great to be able to see on'es personal 'budget' in Spendesk, e.g. so if you submit expenses for a Personal Learning Budget item, you see the total there.
