**What do you like best about Spekit?**

The Spekit launch at Momentive was an absolute success! With almost 400 attendees combined and Slack blow-ups for hours after training with continued rave and thank you's - Spekit is going to be an enablement GAME CHANGER for our Sales and Customer Success team! This wouldn't have been possible without David and Zach! Our entire sales org is beyond grateful for everything you've done! P.S. The Speki Scavenger Hunt was a HIT! They we're obsessed with Speki!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

We are only in our first couple of months - will do an update if I find any - otherwise, WE LOVE SPEKIT!

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

If you need a tool that will help your sales reps spend less time looking for content and more time close deals faster, I highly recommend Spekit for that enablement tool. We can't wait to take Spekit to the moon in 2022!

Being able to go back and review items trained on. Also, when something new our company puts out it's easy to review in Spekit.  Very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Only once I had trouble going back to find something.  But it could have been being updated at the sametime.

I have none.

Traveling all the time, I work late. So contacting someone to help can be hard. Spekit allows you to find what you need when you need it.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I like that Spekit is easy to access for my team. It's quick to link & surface in Slack, so I can reinforce that everyone uses it, which means I have seen improvement in people searching BEFORE asking! Once I figured out the best way to organize and use Spekit (which did take a little time), it has been easy to transfer content & create new content to provide the support my team needs. It's also easy to collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to keep their own information/content up-to-date, eliminating a bottleneck for real-time updates to content.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The design of the speks is a little limited, and it can be clunky to organize topics. It's also a little challenging to create consistency with so many contributors, but I'm sure we will figure that out!

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

Be sure you have the time to get Spekit set up before you roll it out! We needed to quickly roll it out for a new initiative and we didn't have enough built out (against Spekit's advice) and rollout & adoption was fine, but it could have been way better had we put in the time in advance :)

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have one "source of truth" before Spekit. It has allowed us to ensure just ONE place needs to be updated with changes, and we can do that quickly and effectively so our team has the best information available at all times. It has also allowed us to surface FAQs or instructions & tips in places/processes where people were getting tripped up.

I like that you can have a Spek show up next to any term on any webpage in literally minutes to help staff out.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The cost gets high with the Salesforce connection, and as the company grows adding on more users.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to more quickly onboard staff, give quick updates to relevant parties right where they need it, and build out our own internal googleable knowledge base within each of our tools, and once these are built people don't need to go to others to waste their time answering questions.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit is very easy to integrate with any tech stack. You can set it up in minutes. Intuitive interface both for admins and users, it's brilliant to close the "on the flow of work" knowledge gap.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Spek and links creation process is 100% manual, which can be quite a heavy lift at the beginning. Analytics are basic, but luckily we have a brilliant CSM that follows-up with us on adoption each month.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a scale-up we have information and content scattered across different tools and GDrives. Spekit works as the connective tissue between those and helps us driving adoption of other tools too.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

The best of the Spekit program is that it is easily built into our crm software. Also the amount of helpful links and ability to search anything is great and easy to use for anyone.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Sometime the program will glitch with integration into the software. Sometimes a accidental click will cause a glitch and become difficult to close the program.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially being new to certain softwares like Salesforce it's great to have SPEKIT built in and be able to search the meaning of certain fields and terms. It has become much easier to use Salesforce because of SPEKIT.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Super easy to use, setting up info to appear on specific fields or places, the functionality of the flow is an excellent in-app onboarding experience. We have multiple teams that use the same tools and Spekit helps identify where handsovers happen, who is responsible for actioning certain items and we can highlight what automations there are.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Sometimes if you have an item or field that may have a different meaning to teams, it can get a text heavy on the spek itself. If you have multiple items in your tool with the same name it can confuse the speks as it will automatically show the original notes.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we scale and continuously adapt and tweak our workflows, we need a solution that easily keeps training materials up to date. Spekit has allowed us to train multiple team members remotely during the course of the pandemic. As the business grows, teams expand and are formed, Spekit gives us the ability for team members to self serve information.

Easy to use, very detailed step-by-step instructions when creating Speks for your company. We have received wonderful feedback from our internal users and developers!

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

We have experienced some spotty functionality from the notifications center. There have been instances where notifications will not pop up for new Speks and the ones that do are hard to clear out.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit is helping us as at the company level to better broadcast details of our CRM and what certain opportunity fields mean, while also providing an easy-to-use plugin directly to your browser.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Our organization is new to Salesforce and we have locations all over the United States. Spekit' s ability to integrate with our system, exactly when & where we need it, has been vital to our training and user adoption. Their customer support is outstanding and are always available to answer questions and offer suggestions on how to make the most of the system.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

I can't think of anything we do not like!

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

We cannot recommend Spekit enough. It has been vital to our success and has become something our teams use on a regular basis. We don't know what we would do without it!

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An issue we have had in the past with our training programs is the inability to make real time updates to processes. Spekit solves that problem by allowing you to update the instructions at any time and notify your team that there has been a change. We have also realized that not only can Spekit handle our Salesforce training, but we have also begun incorporated our Sales training materials into the system. It has been a total gamechanger to have everything in the same place!

As a Product Manager, I appreciate getting a notification to my inbox every Monday morning letting me know about recent improvements to our capabilities. If I want to learn more, the link is at my fingertips so I don't have to proactively remember to search out new info!

Sometimes just landing on the homepage can be daunting. There is so much info we store in there, navigating to where I need to go can be intimidating.

The plug in is intuitive, easy to use and makes finding answers/solutions easy and efficient. For months we had tons of valuable resources and collateral that went untouched because reps didnt know it existed. Now they have it right  at their fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Our only pitfall was the flow piece. We aren't able to leverage as easily as we would like.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're streamlining the way we onboard and enable. For months we had plenty of resources and collateral, but reps didnt know they existed. Spekit makes it easy for them to find what they need both before, during and at the end of a sales cycle. And new reps have a database of material that is organized and strategically framed out.

Coming from a non-profit standpoint, we have a lot of external stakeholders that either require training or access to onboarding information that can feel cumbersome at times. Using Spekit has made everything more streamlined and easily accessible to external users. The Salesforce integration is always a plus too.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The functionality of Spekit has been a bit buggy at times. External link not working correctly, glitches with Spotlight section, and some login issues, but I'm seeing this happen less and less as time goes on.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training is easily accessible - Spekit has helped create a space for readily available information and has cut down on time spent explaining how to do something or general setup in Salesforce that we use regularly. Overall, Spekit has provided clarity to our team and makes gathering feedback on systems very easy.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I love how Spekit aligns so well with how users learn. Training today is no longer just sitting in a room or in front of a computer for an hour. Learning happens in the moment for users and that is where Spekit excels. We have been able to reduce ad hoc questions and provide valuable in-the-moment training for users without additional work for our Organizational Health Team. Spotlights are HUGE and allow us to ensure that our users have updates immediately and not lost in their email inboxes. The Team at Spekit has been so supportive and with us every step of the way and help us from Day 1 implimentation to maintaining ongoing user adoption and egagement. Spekit is so dynamic and allows us to reach users in the moment how they best learn (gifs, pictures, bullet points, flows).

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Just like with any young technology company, there are small glitches or learning curves that come with the launch of enhancements, such as flows. However, the customer service from Spekit to help troubleshoot or quickly resolve any issues that did come up was outstanding. Spekit quickly works to help resolve any problems, if there ever are any.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spekit has allowed us to scale and grow and scale our training and onboarding without increased headcount. It has reiterated how impactful self-service and in-the-moment training is to our end users and has increased ramp-up time as well reduced the number of questions to our training team.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

Spekit is amazing! The ability to add details to not only a field within Salesforce, but each and every picklist value is amazing. We have a lot of automations triggered based on statuses and this is going to be super helpful in the ongoing staff training. I love that you can embed videos & gifs as well. Such a modern approach to training material and agile to boot!

The Spekit customer service team is one of the best. They respond to our requests so quickly (and as a team so that if someone is out nothing slips through the cracks) and genuinely listen to feedback on feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

So far, we've not come across any negatives.

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

The onboarding team will help you through setting it up according to your needs. The teams will find it easy to use. You really can't go wrong!

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're still in the implementation phase of our Salesforce instance for which we will be using Spekit, but I know that the user adoption will be higher due to the ease of finding information through Spekit.

We're about a year in of being fully rolled out into Salesforce with Spekit and the aboslute biggest win is the fact that as our Salesforce has evolved, our training material can evolve and be disseminated with just a few quick clicks. Our old training material update process took years sometimes and we ended up with multiple versions of incorrect training material scattered throughout the workforce. Updating Spekit is so easy and allows us to be nimble. Sometimes I still think that it's too good to be true.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I like the idea of this platform. It's essential to train folks where they work. Clearly, there is expertise in Enablement at the leadership letter. The sales team was very responsive throughout the pre-sales process.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Unfortunately, our experience with implementation was nowhere as easy as we thought it would be. The slack integration was inadvertently set up internally before the full implementation. This caused an issue (which is understandable), but it took 4+ weeks for Spekit to determine the root cause. This has still not been addressed, unfortunately.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the difficulties with implementation/embedding into our environment, we are focused on one value proposition only: the slack Q&A creation process. We've needed to purchase other software that will better meet our needs.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

The ease of use, the structure around ownership of areas and permissions to write vs. consume, and the overall speed of getting this tool stood up and creating value have been game-changing for us. Spekit has limited the amount of back and forth and repetitive nature of knowledge share internally for our teams and has also made our Customer Success process infinitely better since we implemented and started using it. The integrations with Slack and Salesforce are also beneficial and impactful for our successful usage of the tool.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

The user provisioning/username assignment not being an email can be confusing if the user isn't one of our Salesforce users who can log in through their SFDC credentials.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal communication and knowledge sharing between our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer teams have improved substantially since we started using Spekit. We also use Spekit to share information between our Customer Success and Support teams directly to our customer base/end users.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

We introduced Spekit to support onboarding but as a highly detailed workplace it has absolutely transformed the way we store and access data right at our fingertips as we navigate Salesforce - and beyond. There's information exactly where we need it. And we LOVE the ability to share and spotlight new updates and information! We also love the support we've had from their customer success team as we've continued to deepen our integration in to Spekit.

Spekit is young and still introducing cool features that we're excited to integrate (and impatiently waiting for!) Flows took a little development after launch but we love what they've become and are excited to integrate them. Super excited for continued integrations in to other programs we use where we can increase the usefulness of Spekit further.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding is SO much easier. We don't worry about dated material and information and we have cut out all printed materials from our onboarding program. We are also creating a really easy to use knowledge bank that is a benefit for everyone in the company, not just our newest associates.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

We liked that the product was intuitive and easy to implement. Our implementation took a couple of weeks, and this included the migration process. We were able to migrate all of our content into Spekit and onboard our product & engineering teams in weeks. We were so successful with one department that we are already looking at other teams who can adopt Spekit.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Lack of support for Salesforce objects which have multiple record types. Versioning of content is also something that is not currently supported which we would have liked.

We are really solving the Employee Experience. It's not just about content, it's about how Employees are using the Salesforce platform and finding content that they need in a quick and easy way..within context! The benefits that we have realized are the importance of sharing the most relevant information in the most consumable way. We have found more benefits of the Salesforce platform with Spekit.

Spekit is a very easy to use chrome extension that our reps use all the time! It allows us to integrate our playbooks into Salesforce, meaning reps know exactly what to do at each step of the sales process.

I am patiently waiting for universal search (instead of searching by content type) and when Flows can be launched without notifications to end-users. Thankfully, both of these things are on Spekit's roadmap, and the team has been transparent with their plans to improve!

In-app Enablement for Salesforce, specifically. We will use it for all of our platforms, but our initial use case is to help reps use Salesforce effectively.

**What do you like best about Spekit?**

I love the ease of using Spekit. As a facilitator of training, our team was looking for a tool that is easy to use and one that we could disseminate information quickly with. Spekit does just that, and it's great that the tool integrates directly with our Salesforce CRM. The Team doesn't have to transition from a job aid to Salesforce to get the training that they need.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

There isn't too much that I dislike. The only thing that we have gotten feedback on is the frequency of pop-ups or video spotlights. If those could be accessed, then disappear, or just visible to the end-user once it would be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

Implementation and support when setting up Spekit in our Salesforce instance was seamless. I would recommend gathering requirements and determining if Spekit is the best fit for your training needs from there. I can personally attest that it's a great product! No other recommendations beyond that.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving the issues of having too many tools and different mediums to access information. Whenever we moved into a digital world in 2020, change was rampant, and training was of the utmost importance since change was so heavy. Our team was struggling with having to access a job aid PDF, along with a Teams page, along with emails. It was just too much and too many mediums to keep up with. We felt this both on the facilitator side, and as the group receiving updates/training. Luckily, Spekit helps us to streamline our processes and make sure that all training materials can be found in one place.

Create Speks, Spotlights, and Field Help is very easy to do.  I can literally create a high-quality Spek in less than two minutes.  The user interface is intuitive and has all the options needed to create valuable learning for our users.

I would like the Spek search to be more precise.  Having the ability to search for keywords in parentheses so that only results containing all the terms in the parentheses are returned would be helpful.

Ease of use - Spekit makes it very easy to surface content in context to the workflow.  Creating a spek is as easy as typing an email.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

While the online videos and other resources are beneficial, the knowledge base is difficult to search.  Thankfully, the customer success manager and support team are responsive when I can't find what I'm seeking.  Spekit indicates a rework of the site is underway, which will be good.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of content available for the field teams to do their jobs, but the content resides outside of the applications where they work.  Spekit surfaces content in context to the flow of work, thus increasing sales efficiency.  The teams have the content available when needed and no longer have to leave the application to search for an asset or an answer.  In addition, Spekit allows us to train users at the point of work, which increases adoption and improves the effectiveness of the tools.

Spekit allows our team to share internal knowledge and processes in bite-sized pieces right when and where it's needed. 
Instead of writing up long articles that no one will search for, we can create concise answers to questions or add definitions to fields that pop-up in the browser as a user is working through something. 
It's a simple interface to learn to use as both a standard user and an admin/creator, and sharing, cloning, highlighting and grouping certain Speks are quick and easy tasks.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Spekit still has a few things lacking in terms of formatting Speks to your liking (e.g. you can't do line spaces between bullet points, can't type "e.g." without it highlighting it as a hyperlink)  and embedding and copying and pasting content could be a smoother process with a better-looking result. Searching for keywords and phrases in Topics or individual Speks works well, but the best results sometimes get lost in a sea of undefined or unused fields. The in-browser dock/drawer on the side doesn't get in the way even when you move it up and down the window, so it would be great to minimize this even further.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving a lot of confusion and fatigue around where our team can find answers to their questions about policies, processes, access tips and tricks, and even access embedded documents and videos from our Google Drive right within the Speks!
We can house all of our internal knowledge base and define Salesforce fields and how we use them all in one location using the same tool. 
Ultimately, by proactively creating Speks on commonly asked questions, my team saves time that would've been spent answering those same questions again and again and walking our employees through the same step-by-step processes in real-time, so we can go back to being productive!

The Spekit is very user-friendly and very interactive. I am one of the experts in Spekit from our company, and I can say that I was able to provide a very informational and collaborative experience. Another thing that catches my subordinate's attention is their option to provide feedback and a reaction to the process itself, and the chrome extension is also fantastic.

The biggest challenge is just the time invested in developing clear and compelling Speks to answer people's questions. It would have been better if we could paste the picture and not need to upload it.

It has been a huge help for my team on looking for a process manual, its easy access, and navigation where they can find the next step or flow to a certain task.  I also know it's been an enormous help to the team. I typically get a lot of questions from my agents, most of which are repetitive. I've also seen a lot of value in onboarding new hires to the team - it has helped them learn our processes and has helped me avoid being a bottleneck. They feel more independent.

I get frustrated when some platforms offer thurough, highly effective, and user friendly support while others make their 3 question FAQ impossible to even find. Spekit offers consistent depth and quality support.

I would like to be able to adjust the size of the window to allow me to view the articles at whatever size I need so I can follow the article as I work through processes. I have also had trouble with the extension being a bit glitchy.

This has been a great tool to provide more visibility to reps on rules and processes. Before, we had our Rules of Engagement in confluence which reps never wanted to look at, which I do not blame them. Moving this information from Confluence into Spekit (right on top of SFDC) is a game-changer.

**What do you dislike about Spekit?**

Adding users is difficult at times. The sync between Salesforce and Spekit isn't up to date, even if you have a Salesforce admin 'sync' the connection again, the list of people you can add from the CRM does not update. You have to invite users by providing their email + username

**Recommendations to others considering Spekit:**

If any of your operations teams want to try it out, you should definitely go for it. We only purchased this product for our Order Management team to train reps with, but since we had such a high adoption of it,  our Legal + other teams are also wanting to add speks of their own.

We recently implemented Spekit and we couldn't be happier!!! Spekit is going to help us scale our onboarding/ramp time by allowing reps to find all content in an easy and efficient manner. You can access Spekit in any browser and my favorite part is the search capability within Slack! Spekit is also extremely useful for existing hires. 

On top of the tool being extremely useful, the support and customer success has been excellent. This was my first implementation of an enablement tool and I have to say that Josh Sangster,  David Lott, and the rest of the time have been VERY helpful in getting Spekit implemented. They always had an extremely fast response time, assisted me with the full setup, implementation, enablement plan, and were always there to answer my questions. 

It's been a pleasure working with Spekit and I highly recommend the tool!!!

I don't dislike anything! It would be cool to highlight content or change the font color but not a dealbreaker.

As a growing company, we have so much content and needed a way to make reps self-sufficient without constantly reaching out to their peers/managers. Spekit' s browser extension is where it shines. The ability to contextually apply relevant information at the right time depending on the task, is game-changing. Additionally, the contextual support it provides our sales team within Salesforce is second to none.

It's extremely easy to create content and apply it to the relevant place.  We also like how it forces us to think differently about content and focus on the less is more approach - it makes our team better at communicating what needs to shared. 

It's definitely a tool that we'll keep in our tech stack - it's truly an asset and we are all excited to see where this goes.

As with most tools that are simple in nature, so it does take time to understand the hierarchy and the (at this stage) limited ability with creating and managing groups. The sync to Salesforce is good, but a G Suite directory mapping would be next-level. 

A few more options with formatting like colours and tables in the rich text editor are nice to have's at this stage, but would add a bit more oomph to the content.  The other thing, is that there is no iOS or iPadOS browser support at this stage - and with a mobile workforce, it does become a bit of a challenge - not a deal breaker though. 

All-in-all, there's not a whole lot to dislike - it's still in it's early days and the potential with Spekit is massive.

Give this tool a shot. The tool is great, the support is amazing and the overall experience has been fantastic.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our core purpose was to support Sales team with Salesforce and sales processes. We've since identified that we can support our entire team for different purposes as well so it's now a fundamental part of our communications and enablement strategy. 

The main benefit is that it sits in Chrome (our primary browser) and works across all of our web-based applications, so the information is always available for our team.

Working with images/screenshots within bulleted lists on Speks could be cleaner / easier. 

Also, it would be nice to be able to provide additional formatting in Spotlights.

--Take advantage of any customer success training / webinars you can. Spekit has an amazing customer success and customer support team. 
--Get your business stakeholders involved in the buying process and take advantage of any proof of concepts offered. This tool will only be successful if stakeholders across the organization buy into the tool.

**What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing user adoption of Salesforce. Motivating business owners to take ownership of their processes in Salesforce and other systems.

Saving limited SFDC admin time by solving a problem once and then posting a Spek for self-service in the future.
