**What do you like best about Speak?**

I have spent countless hours of my time over the last 20 years transcribing my recorded notes, and Speak allows me to cut that time so dramatically. I spend most of my working days writing, so my productivity has increased 1,000-fold because of Speak. An example is an assignment I have once a year, where I may write 10 stories in a day. It used to take me 45 minutes to an hour to transcribe my notes, and I type 140 wpm. Now, I can have that recording done in seconds, and I'm writing in a few minutes. It's amazing.

**What do you dislike about Speak?**

Just the cleanup process to make sure my notes are accurate. It's pretty minor, though.

**What problems is Speak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to pay an assistant to transcribe my notes during my busiest two-week stretch of the year. Not only does Speak speed my process, it also saves me money.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

I use this application almost each two days (in French and English) video conference meetings and on-site meetings with customers. My meeting could be up to two hours, so it's difficult to note everything. Speak AI save a lot of time for me and increase the precision of my reports.
Easy to start and run
Also, the development team is incredible. I had an issue with the app and they worked hard and quick to solve it.

In French, they have somme translation problem on the title of the field

In my field I need to take a lot of notes and sometime my appointment could be as long as 2 hours. It's helping me to prepare a report with, sometime, subject I forgot we had a discussion on it. Save time and improve  reports.

I've been using Speak.ai for over a year now, and it has truly transformed the way I handle transcriptions, subtitling, and translations. I used other software to do the transcription and subtitles, but the client wanted to know more about what was going on in the video chat. I was looking for software that could do both the analysis and the transcript (.srt file), and Speak.ai came in handy and helped me figure out what was wrong. When I uploaded a 4.08-minute movie, Speak.ai made all the reports, including the analysis, which was way more than I expected. It even made a SWOT study, which I thought was great.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

Speak is a very powerful tool to streamline my transcriptions, speech analysis and conversation insights. I like the high accuracy, the multilingual support, the insightful analysis and integration features for workflows with google, Zapier and Co. And it's really easy to implement and use! I use it at least once a week.

**What do you dislike about Speak?**

I would absolutely love, if it could not only translate the transcript text, but also the audio!

**What problems is Speak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By automating the transcription and analysis of my meeting-recordings, internal training sessions and customer feedbacks I save hours that I can spent on more strategic tasks! I can easily perform sentiment analysis, keyword extrtaction. I dont need to translate multilingual conversations by myself. The integration with google and Zapier, as well as the API and webhooks, lets me streamline the whole process. Speak.ai ist a really good all-in-one solution for my needs!

**What do you like best about Speak?**

Speak Ai has drastically improved our ability to perform qualitative data analysis and helps to add narrative to our quantitative data. We subscribed to Speak when it was very much a start up and have continued to receive incredible customer support. The system is easy to use and has been implemented easily into our ways of working. Now we have a fully integrated qualitative data system, that we use on a daily basis to monitor the narrative and sentiment of KPIs.

**What do you dislike about Speak?**

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Speak. If ever we encounter an issue or wish a feature to be implemented, the team at Speak are quick to react and take our requirements seriously.

**What problems is Speak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, it would have taken us weeks if not months to complete qualitative data analysis for our quarterly reports. Now, we use Speak's integrated Chat Prompts feature to query the files we upload. As a result, our qualitative analyses are completed within a day, freeing up more time to focus on other tasks.

They worked closely with us to create a new feature that we needed to better edit videos.  Also they got on a meeting with us to discuss the problem, so we could explain and show them what we were struggling with.  Rare to get that kind of personal attention from a tech solutions provider.

Early phase, so they are still working out a couple of bugs but are VERY proactive in addressing the issues.  An A+ experience.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

The Transcribing of Videos works like a charm. The best I have tried so far.
The Chat to transform the Transcripts into new format is pretty smart, engineer your prompt properly and you will get the results you are looking for.
A mention of honor is the support: I had an issue with the transcribing of the video because I choose a wrong language setting. Not only the support team pointed me in the right direction, they also applied the correction for me and re-submitted the process of video transcription. It definetly exceeded my expectation. Thanks Vatsal!

The User Interface could use some improvements but I bet it is a work in progress

I can analyse competitors fast.

The part I like the most is that it assists me by participating in meetings. It records video during the meeting, documents conversations, and summarizes the meeting. This saves me time and ensures I don't miss important points.

So far, I haven't encountered any negative issues. It's a very effective software. I recommend it to everyone. Definitely give it a try!

The recording is very high quality. The whole app is excellent. Custoemr service is top of the line. Tytle and Vatsal were already available when I needed some modifications to the site. They are always available. The product is very easy to use and the results are amazing.

Nothing. Everything is great! There is nothing that I and my team disliked.

Many. Good quality transcription in verious languages. Having teh ability to use multiple languages in one audio file is a great feature. The ability to integrate it with Zapier makes this app very powerful. I only wish they would pass the whole trasncriptions when called in zapier through a webhook.

Speak has helped us to get more value out of our existing content for our customers. Because it is so easy to go back to find information, we are using it for our own purposes too. There are always new features which help our team to think differently about data and the insights we can gather. The Speak team and platform have been instrumental in our progress . The platform is easy to use, and new members get up to speed very fast. Asinging groups to projects has also been very useful. We are continuously finding new ways to make use of our account.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

I have used a lot of natural language processing applications, including OpenAI's platform, Bing AI & Google Bard, etc. Those tools can be great for finding information on the web, but they are limited in their ability to analyze large samples of data that may have been produced via a meeting transcript, community survey or other source. Speak AI fills this gap wonderfully with tools to automatically analyze meeting transcripts and import survey data. Our organization was able to distill insights from a community survey in minutes, when previously it would have taken hours or days.

**What do you dislike about Speak?**

Speak AI is a growing platform with new features being added all the time. That can sometimes create a learnign curve, but after the fantastic customer service I received from their team, I feel confident that any new features will always be accompanied by the guiding hand of their support team and documentation to make for a very user friendly experience.

**What problems is Speak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speak AI has solved the problem of analyzing open-ended survey responses. Our organization often seeks feedback from the community we serve, and that feedback is often provided in the form of multiple paragraphs which can be difficult to digest when dealing 100+ responses. Speak AI's platform is able to analyze that feedback quickly, and gives us the ability to ask natural language questions of the data, like "How do people feel about initiative A versus initiative B?" The responses are succinct, eloquent, and backed up with quotes and references from the responses being analyzed.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

The recorder feature, and the ability to embed a recorder on sites... and user-friendliness on mobile is a game changers for me. I needed a solution to connect a remote team to our boots on the ground and deliver information to that team in a way that was clear and easy to understand, as they had to analyze real estate that they have never and will never personally see. Speak made that possible.

**What do you dislike about Speak?**

To date, I have nothing really to say about Speak that I dislike. I will come back to update the review as needed. I had trouble understanding the subscription plans to begin with, however, I was making it more complicated than what it needed to be.

**What problems is Speak solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I own a real estate team. This platform, and using their magic prompt automation within the platform, combined with the zapier integration .. has allowed me to eliminate one entire job from my staff... which included the requirement for them to drive to a property and be physically present, to spend about an hour making notes, driving back to the office, transcribing their notes into a form and turning that into specific data points, then taking their data points and crafting a narrative for sales and marketing purposes. This usually would take hours across several days... and would require them to be on three different platforms to complete the job. With Speak AI, I am recording a free-form narrative where I just talk about the property and mention everything I see. That's it. 5 minutes. The rest of the work is automated, using their automation, and then sending those results to various other platforms that I use to get that data where it needs to go through zapier. What took several hours across a week's time.. now is completed end to end in about 10 minutes.

I imagined what could be possible, and found that it was possible within Speak AI. I have used chat to chat with support about some questions, and their support is very responsive. The dashboard is intuitive and easy to use. I feel like I have only scratched the surface. I was able to build and test proof of concept during the trial period and am now a subscriber. The pricing and plans are highly customizable to be able to satisfy a wide range of needs.

Speak is a phenomenal tool, and the quality of the product is also reflected in the kindness of Speak's team. The tool is excellent for transcription and analysis. It is fast and easy to use, and it quickly became an essential resource for me. I use it after every virtual event I facilitate to analyze key takeaways, participant sentiment, and notable soundbytes.

The only downside of Speak is that I don't have more videos to transcribe! I love using this tool.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

It's easy to use, and I can actually get in contact with the team behind the product. As I understand it they work out of USA, which means there can be a few hours response time for me, working in Europe. That's ok though, since it's valueable to be able to speak to a real human if there are questions the FAQ can't answer.

**What do you dislike about Speak?**

So far I haven't really noticed any huge drawbacks. Transcribing long audiofiles do take some time - maybe 30 minutes for a 50 min conversation. Still that's way better than any human can manage.

The product helps med transcribe meetings which helps me structure and focuse my workflow. Instead of having to remember the important key-point, I have all the information avaliable.

API implementation was easy and streight forward. you can test the API with the free account with free 30mins

the transcription process for hebrew (the only language i tested) is not immediate and takes abount 45 seconds.

transcription of whatsapp api audio messages for our deaf technical support team members. They give support through whatssapp for our clients but sometimes clients use recorded audio for support requests. we wanted to make it as seamless as possible for the representatives without the needing to ask for clients for a written version of their audio message.

The transcription and ease of editing was pretty good. The speech recognition was great. I like how quick everything is processed and turned into data visualizations.

I wish there was more of a distinction between commercial use and academic use. If it were possible, some more features that focus on academic research would be great.

This is an incredibly robust product. The brains behind it are working diligently to embrace AI and automation tied to the use of AI. Updates are frequent and well-delivered.

Speak's greatest strength beyond the exceptional quality of the product is the customer service. In an industry where powering CS with AI is easier (and cheaper) than using real people, Speak has chosen to rely on the human factor. This means that their CS is responsive--especially to nuanced questions and situations.

Quick and easy to set up and use, great customer service with prompt responses to my questions, provided a discount for non-profit organizations, secure data storage in Canada, flexible and customizable plans so you only pay for what you need, and I can easily pause the subscription when not in use.

I haven't noticed any issues with the platform so far.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

Speak's insights offer superior accuracy and detail compared to similar platforms. My audio recordings were transcribed perfectly, and the data analytics were also correctly categorized. My favorite thing about Speak's platform is the time saved by not having to reorganize the data used for analytics. The program made only one small mistake, and that is simply because it was the name of a small local business; this was easily corrected thanks to the user-friendliness.

What I dislike about Speak is that it is so easy to use that I was not able to waste my time learning how to use it compared to similar audio transcription platforms. As an undergraduate student, it is hard to grasp that it provided such excellent insights/analytics without having to spend hours correcting the data.

Marketing data analytics, categorizing consumer insights, and providing an easy way to apply advanced insights to improve the operations of a local business to increase revenue.

**What do you like best about Speak?**

I love the clean UI and high-quality transcription Speak provides.  The insight is also helpful that gives me another perspective to explore.

**What do you dislike about Speak?**

Nothing critical so far, but if I would say, maybe Speak should work on improving the readability of the profile overview page.  The color of icons and letters are a bit vague which I found difficult to read sometime.

Speak helps me transcribe my interview materials and give me insight from various perspectives.
