What I love most is having so much of my business under one roof, with responsive, personal support. I run a holistic skincare and wellness practice, and SpaSphere brings my website, scheduling, client notes, checkout, and individualized treatment plans together. I can update my own website and publish blogs without a technical background or having to contact a web designer.
The treatment plans are a standout feature. I can combine different services around each client’s concerns and goals instead of offering only packages of the same treatment. That fits beautifully with my personalized approach to skincare.
SpaSphere support listens carefully, welcomes feedback, and explores features that practitioners actually need. The platform keeps improving with regular updates and useful additions. There is also an integrated shop and a new email marketing suite. I still use Flodesk, so I haven’t tried the email suite yet, but I appreciate having the option to bring even more into one place.
I also appreciate that I’m not locked into a long-term contract and that SpaSphere has made it clear that my business information belongs to me. That flexibility, independence, and feeling of being supported mean a great deal as a small business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many features that learning everything can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially since I’m 61 and don’t have a technical background. I’m still exploring what the platform offers, but SpaSphere support is always happy to help and walk me through things. That support makes a big difference and has helped me become much more confident managing things myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
