# What are the best interview scheduling platforms for coordinating interviews across several time zones?

Hi, recruiting coordinators and talent teams on G2, plus anyone who has assembled a five-person panel across three continents. I am looking for the best interview scheduling platforms for coordinating interviews across several time zones, and would value input from people who book panels rather than one-to-one calls.

Single-slot scheduling is a solved problem. Panels are not. Once you need four interviewers in sequence, in the right order, with a break, in a window that works for a candidate eight hours ahead, the constraint is the solver rather than the interface. Three that come up most:

GoodTime (4.4) is built specifically for multi-day panels across time zones and high-volume hiring events, coordinating interviewer calendars so slots are proposed without conflicts. Reviewers say the initial setup and customisation take real effort, and smaller teams find the pricing steep.

VidCruiter (4.8) combines pre-recorded and live interviewing with automated scheduling, which is how distributed teams remove a timing problem rather than solve it. Its review base is strong in government, education and healthcare. Reviewers would like clearer tracking of no-shows and cancellations.

Ashby (4.7) puts scheduling automation inside the ATS, with interview plans that can be copied between roles, which reviewers say lets very small teams run structured processes. Onboarding is technical, and the seat-based model needs thinking through if many hiring managers are involved.

The real stress test seems to be rescheduling rather than creating the original panel. If one interviewer drops out, a good system should preserve the rest of the schedule instead of rebuilding everything. For GoodTime, VidCruiter, or Ashby users, how well does the automation handle last-minute substitutions across time zones without creating new conflicts or forcing the coordinator back into manual calendar work?
