As a small engineering project services company we need to deal with multiple suppliers, quotations based on unique project requirements. We're previously handling this process totally manually through emails which used to be tedious and inefficient with limited staff. We're looking for software to help automate the process and came across SourceRFX. We started piloting SourceRFX platform and services for one of our project. It has been over two months now and have already been seeing the value we are getting in two folds - streamlining by reducing manual effort and procurement savings. Right from supplier onboarding the entire RFQ process is now streamlined the whole process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't integrate with the ERP software that we already use, which makes some data transfer between the systems only through export/import of data using their Excel spreadsheets. Also, the software is cloud based like most cloud offerings these days, however, the senior management would prefer a solution hosted on their own servers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
