It also provides us with a detailed report on the origin of the infection and the system files it has modified, allowing the company to work more calmly, satisfying the need for security. That is what this module of the Sophos MTR Software offers us. **What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?** What I don't like is that it is a separate module from Sophos Intercept X, so my recommendation would be to include it in the same Endpoint module. **Recommendations to others considering Sophos MDR:** If what you are looking for or need is for your company to feel and work securely against cyber threats and attacks, what I recommend is the installation of the Sophos MTR Software Module, as it provides the solution to problems related to these current threats because it detects and identifies infections that threaten work equipment, discovers the causes as well as their origins, allowing us to take actions to place blocks on the firewall. **What problems is Sophos MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** In view of the fact that companies are threatened by all kinds of cyber attacks, we could say that daily, ours has been no exception. The advantage of having software like this, is that it links with the agent of the team to monitor process, files, links and any type of anomaly that detects it, stops it and places it as a case to analyze. Then, the administrators of the Sophos network, like us, take care of studying in depth with the help of this module, where the threat came from and if we do not know it, it allows us to send the details to Sophos Labs for forensic analysis. There is no doubt that having it in our corporate environment has given us the security that we are fully protected. **What do you like best about Sophos MDR?** What I like the most is that it validates the process that is executed and if it finds something wrong in it, it stops it immediately. And we as administrators with a simple email we realize everything that happens in the variety of equipment that we have. Also that this console management is super practical. Everything is identified with colors, its technical language is easy to understand and offers comfortable solutions. Every day I use it for the more than 500 computers with what the company owns and I have no need to use various programs. **What do you dislike about Sophos MDR?** I have been using Sophos Central and all its modules for about a year and until today I have not been able to find something that I do not like. **Recommendations to others considering Sophos MDR:** You can quickly decide which actions and how to apply them thanks to the advanced technology offered by MTR. So they don't need experts. Everything is in a single Sophos Central console. **What problems is Sophos MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to take remote actions without having to reach the equipment and disconnect it as previously used. This increases all working capacity by a huge percentage. Furthermore, the information you provide allows us to determine the severity of the case and thus provide the time and personnel necessary to respond to the activity; So we don't have to think about who, when and how of the matter. ### 50. None of knew how to organize a proper plan and get it off the ground. That’s where sophos came in with their manage assistance services.
