**What do you like best about Soperion?**

I was honestly skeptical at first because a lot of AI tools sound promising but don’t hold up in day-to-day work. Soperion surprised me in a good way. It is one of the first AI solutions I have seen that feels genuinely useful in practice and not just like a demo. It saves us a noticeable amount of time, especially in routine tasks, and it also catches details or patterns that we might easily overlook as humans. That combination of practical value and consistency has made it much easier to trust and use regularly.

**What do you dislike about Soperion?**

At the beginning, it took a little time to understand where it creates the most value and how to integrate it naturally into existing workflows. Once that was clear, adoption became much easier.

**What problems is Soperion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us a noticeable amount of time, especially in routine tasks, and it also catches details or patterns that we might easily overlook as humans. That combination of practical value and consistency has made it much easier to trust and use regularly.
