I like the variety of daily health challenges. Sonic boom does an excellent job of mixing financial health, exercise, nutrition, mental health, relationship building, and social / community health in their daily challenges. Because of this variety, the site stays interesting, and you don't feel like they are only looking at physical health to gauge wellbeing, which can be demotivating for many people. Sonic boom also has many different ways to interact with the platform to do things as a group, focus on tracking individual results, or engage with company goals.
