Because of this variety, the site stays interesting, and you don't feel like they are only looking at physical health to gauge wellbeing, which can be demotivating for many people. Sonic boom also has many different ways to interact with the platform to do things as a group, focus on tracking individual results, or engage with company goals. **What do you dislike about Sonic Boom Wellness?** There are limited ways to track and log physical activity.
