**What do you like best about Sonar?**

I love that with Sonar, not only do I see my conversations, but I see the conversations my colleagues have had with the person I am texting as well.

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

It takes a while for Sonar conversations to load to Salesforce.

**Recommendations to others considering Sonar:**

It's great to integrate in Salesforce.

**What problems is Sonar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to get in touch with people much faster since texting is easier to respond to than voicemails. The largest benefit is that so much time is saved.

**What do you like best about Sonar?**

Sonar does a great job of delivering messages and has helped our team better reach users. The dynamic properties help us efficiently organize our contacts.

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

The contact upload format and campaign sending can be tedious. Also, the search function does not work very well.

**What problems is Sonar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Sonar to reach users at a large scale in order to grow our business. This platform overall has massively helped us improve our operations, especially compared to other text messaging platforms.

**What do you like best about Sonar?**

I can send from the computer and receive notifications in my outlook inbox

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

I forward emails to outlook.  If someone texts me a picture, I actually do not receive any more texts for the next 15 minutes(approx).  Also, I do not like the way I can not edit a scheduled email follow up.  Do not like the editors used for the follow up.  popup screen is too small for canned message selection.  When I use ##, the selection is only 3 and way too small.

Build a better GUI

**What problems is Sonar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to communicate via computer to text devices.  Like the ability to schedule follow up messages but the create editor is terrible.

I like that you can set desktop notifications, email notifications, and browser notifications

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

I am unable to mark items as unread. Sometimes I read texts and can't reply right away, and I'd like to be able to respond later.

sonar is extremely easy to use and is intertwined with salesforce

**What problems is Sonar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to connect with consumers who prefer to text instantly. It's easier to engage people who don't answer unknown calls.

> Hello, let me help you out with that! You can mark an text conversation as unread by selecting the box to the very left of the thread in your threads list. When you select a box, you will see an "Actions" tab appear right above where the threads are located. Click on "Actions" and select "Mark as Unreplied". This will make a red dot appear on the left side of the thread, indicating you have not engaged or responded yet. We are here to answer any other questions you may have!

**What do you like best about Sonar?**

It works well so i'm a fan of that. Other platforms for SMS sometimes fail to send so it becomes a problem. 

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

The subscribe or unsubscribe seems to malfunction often. I have a few agents who in mid conversation is unsubscribed and they have to reply START to get it up and running again.

I like that Sonar keeps project management tasks so easy to manage and follow on what else is happening with everyone's day to day task

That is it hard to follow as a first time user - having a tutorial video on how to maneuver would be helpful

Solving tasks - like keeping track of what team members are doing and deadlines.

**What do you like best about Sonar?**

Sonar's campaign filter feature allowed us to send targeted communications to our contractors and the automated follow-up feature allowed us to reduce non-response rate. I also really enjoy working with Sonar API and its integration with other apps to build process automations

It's hard to access and edit customer properties which we use to build automations around

I really enjoy the interface, it is very straightforward in its use. Also the colours are really neat, I’m a bit if a colour geek. We went as a company from Textline to Sonar, decision well made.

Nothing to be honest! I really enjoy Sonar!

The problems we solved is to gain more Chargers for the Bird Scooters and the benefits we had is spending less time on our efforts.

I really enjoy how easily accessible sonar is from all platforms. When using my phone, ipad or desktop it works really well.

I really do not have a single thing that i dislike about Sonar. Keep up the good work

I am able to connect with my clients a lot more over text then over phone. Also response rate is a lot higher via text through Sonar.

There is not much to dislike the experience has been flawless.

API can be leveraged to build integrations with external tools to streamline data transmission into and out of Sonar and automate workflows in bulk.

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

I would like to see custom properties built out some more. Currently, search seems to be limited to one property at a time; there is no way to create custom views or lists of customers with multiple properties.

**What problems is Sonar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Sonar's ability to connect to multiple external tools and platforms via data/action import/export using Zapier, we have been able to use the platform to develop operational processes and run experiments for lead outreach in ways not currently supported by Product.

Sonar is great because it allow my clients to interact with me on a personal level with a business touch!

The last text should populate at the top when new text has been sent to them, as oppose to keeping its position from when the 1st interaction occurred.

Texting is a big part of my business and Sonar allows me to not skip a beat!

Sonar CEO, Matt Berman, and Success Manager, Nic Baughman, provided a fantastic solution and best-in-class industry knowledge.
 

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

The original Salesforce integration was not sufficient, but Matt and Nic turned around a SOW and delivered the right solution very quickly. 

**What problems is Sonar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SMS and Chat platform, enabling LAN lines to be textable, Salesforce integration to track activity and engagement, and SMS as a channel for marketing campaigns.

This platform is one of the easiest ways to communicate to not only single individuals, but large groups as well. There are shortcuts that make the day-to-day messaging very user-friendly and easy.

The word count. I would like there to be a higher word count per message.

Sometimes getting the notifications isnt as easy as it should be and we should get notified when people opt in.

I love the scheduling option in Sonar! It makes sure your clients never miss an attempt I make to reach out. It's also highly efficient as far as notifications and speed. The text seem almost instantaneous! Live the program!

It would be nice to access emojis or gifs.

I struggle to keep up with consistent connection...Sonar scheduling solved that problem.

Sonar is very simple to use. Our team likes the ability to send message multiple people at once. It is very easy to manage the texting of bulk users.

When texting over 100 people, it can get difficult to keep track of everything. But overall, this platform is very easy to use and very beneficial for our team.

Sonar is a very simple way to message customers. You can easily upload customer information so that you send them the right message with the right info. The responses are easily organized so that we can help customers out! It is very flexible; you can send out a lot of different campaigns easily.

Sonar doesn't really have analytics capabilities.

Sonar is helpful for dynamic messaging to different groups of customers. It's a great way to engage with them in a more personalized way while still being fairly efficient.

The convenience of Sales Force ingratiation, Getting in touch with hard to reach clients, the convenience of a quick text vs a full phone call with busy real estate agents.

I don't like seeing other reps conversations, I would rather my conversations be more private than they are when the users in the org can see past conversations.

real-time response and being able to communicate with clients in one space makes it convenient.

I cant set up auto-response for  when I am away, I see the options is there but it's disabled, and if a pictures text is sent to me it takes al long time to load

I recommend that users get all the functions of the program to get the best results and functionality of Sonar.

fast communication on one device which my laptop, helps me get last min changes to my clients quickly.

It is very easy to use on our end, inbox makes it easy to stay ontop of numerous conversations

**What do you dislike about Sonar?**

The messages don't update as well as I'd like to see. New messages to a past client dont refresh to the top of the list.

Also wish we were able to clear chats from our log once we are complete with a client

Quick response, offers a good alternative to clients who aren't able to take calls

> Hello, new messages will automatically populate at the top of the thread list by clicking on "Sort" (located under the "Mine" tab) and selecting "New to Old". You can clear chats from your log by selecting the box to the very left of a thread, clicking on the "Actions" button that pops up, and selecting "Close". This will remove the conversation from your log and archive it for future reference or if you need to go back and review. If this isn't the functionality you're seeing, don't hesitate to email us and we will make sure it is working for you.

I like the cleanliness and organization of Sonar, and how helpful and cooperative the Sonar team is with adjusting their platform fit our needs.

I wish it was easier to organize or limit the amount of properties that are created, but it's not a huge issue.

We communicate with all of our customers through Sonar. It is the fastest and easiest way to communicate with people.

The fact they have to opt in, people are not pro-active enough

I would love an app that could connect to my cell when I'm out of the office.

Clients are less likely to call me back weh I leave a VM.  Texting has proven to be an easier way to connect quickly.

I disliked the lag there would be when our team was 15+ people big.

We're communicating with our leads per market. I'm realizing using Sonar with a program like Zapier allows us to automate a good portion of responses.

I love the ease of use and integration with our CRM.

No OOO message can be sent, making it a real problem if my clients are trying to contact me while I'm out or on vacation.

This was a switch in software from Chatbox, so the functionality is comparable.

Create your OOO message and select the date range and times of when you will be OOO. To have this message go live, ensure you turn the action on with the button in the top right-hand corner.
