We've been working with SolveXia for a number of years now and our experiences have only ever improved... Their system is really easy to use to create automation processes for reporting, file manipulation and even API access to 3rd party systems such as OneDrive, Xero and our CRM system. We can even run python scripts that we've created from inside SolveXia... giving us a huge range of tools we can create/use.

They're really good at responding to requests and listening to feedback, so if we want improvements they will either feedback to the developers, or find us a workaround. Originally the Xero API was very barebones.. but I'm happy to say we are able to use that a lot more now. I'd say my one issue, coming from an amateur programming background is the lack of loop functionality within the process designer... but there are usually ways around that to achieve what we want.. such as using python scripts. We have been using SolveXia for more a year now and the value it has added into our work is phenomenal. The requirement of doing and providing more to the higher management led us to a point where we had to buy SolveXia in order to combine and store data from every syetem and spreadsheets that we were using before. Since we were working manually, the burden of amnaging data was giving a headache thats where SolveXia helped us. After we integrated it with our CRM, it automatically fetched these sheets and data from our computers and gave us a user friendly dashboard in order to work upon on it. Now, we have reache dto a point where we are using the AI bots of this tool to automatically make Reports, give us advanced analytics and Reconciliations in minutes instead of days. The Rebate Management policies and the prcess has our lives easy in case of customer raising issues with the incentives, discounts and returns.
