
We've been working with SolveXia for a number of years now and our experiences have only ever improved... Their system is really easy to use to create automation processes for reporting, file manipulation and even API access to 3rd party systems such as OneDrive, Xero and our CRM system. We can even run python scripts that we've created from inside SolveXia... giving us a huge range of tools we can create/use.
These processes save us a lot of time on a weekly or monthly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They're really good at responding to requests and listening to feedback, so if we want improvements they will either feedback to the developers, or find us a workaround. Originally the Xero API was very barebones.. but I'm happy to say we are able to use that a lot more now. I'd say my one issue, coming from an amateur programming background is the lack of loop functionality within the process designer... but there are usually ways around that to achieve what we want.. such as using python scripts.
