What do you like best?

SolveXia offer excellent Support services, Allows for Scalability, Automation, New system design is alot more helpful and user friendly, Mixture of Access and Excel in one! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Process Designer needs to have excel skills to develop processes, Licence restrictions on team if people are away - Will become an issue when building the system up to be something more relied upon within BAU work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Understand who should be a process designer, as they will need to support a wide variety of teams if building more than one process. Map out your process before starting within the system on designing a process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Large scale excel formulas are being run super fast in the SolveXia environment. Focusing less work on preparing reconcilations, more on analysis of results. Allows for Scalability. Built in Validations are excellent and means we are not missing anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The validation feature (ie the multicoloured grid) works really well. It allows you to see exactly where issues in the process are. This coupled with the automated email, makes thje job of identifying and fixing errors so much quicker and easier. Under our previous method (Sharp), I could spend hours trying to identify and remedy problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With respect to the parameter files, I can only ever see one set of files, irrespective of the chosen month. I would never be able to see what parameter files were used for a past month. There could be a feature which at least details the names of the files used for each month, even if it doesn't necessarily store these files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

From my experience of using Solvexia, I can truly recommend it to others. I can certainly see it saving us time, both in terms of 'business as usual' tasks, as well as being able to adapt when our circumstances change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Translating data from a Management information system (IAP) into a data file which is then imported into HFM (another MI/General Ledger system). Our problem currently (ie pre-Solvexia) is that the tool that we have been using (Microsoft Access) is not supported and is not understood well enough to be able to use effectively. Solvexia resolves this issue as it is supported, and can be updated if the data requirements change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
