**What do you like best about Solumed?**

What I really like about Solumed is that it’s built with healthcare in mind, not just a generic billing program. Everything we need – billing, scheduling, patient records, charting, and reporting – is all in one place.

The system is easy to use, and the support team understands the needs of practices. I also love that it’s secure and compliant, which gives me peace of mind with patient data.

The automation features save us hours of admin time, and the reporting tools make it so much easier to track performance and stay on top of accounts. Plus, the software is constantly improving with updates like web charting and ortho reports.

Overall, Solumed is affordable, reliable, and scalable, making it a great fit whether you’re a small practice or a growing one.

**What do you dislike about Solumed?**

The only thing to keep in mind is that it needs a reliable internet connection to run at its best. On slower or unstable networks, some features can lag. Once that’s sorted, though, the system works seamlessly.

**What problems is Solumed solving and how is that benefiting you?**
