When you 3D print, you can see the physical design of the product that you conceptualized in the computer. It is very flexible and quite reliable. I can always go back and change my dimensions or any other details in the sketch and coming back to my 3D model. Not only this as compared to catia and autocad it have good graphics and supports other files like iges and step files.
