How much does Softr cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Softr pricing in 2026 starts at $19.00 and can reach $329.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Softr's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Softr pricing best suited for?

Softr's pricing is best suited for small businesses and non-technical founders, who represent the overwhelming majority of G2 reviewers. The free and Basic plans work well for individuals and makers validating ideas or building simple directories and portals. The Professional plan at $139/month suits small companies building client portals and internal tools with moderate user bases. G2 reviews of Softr show strong adoption across consulting, education, real estate, marketing, nonprofits, and software industries. The Business plan at $269/month fits growing companies needing advanced data sources, larger user counts, and unlimited user groups. Enterprise pricing targets organizations requiring SSO, custom invoicing, and dedicated support.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Softr?

Softr's free plan is notably generous, offering unlimited apps, 10 app users, a custom domain, and integrations with Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, Coda, Xano, and SmartSuite. G2 reviewers frequently praise the free tier for enabling real projects without upfront cost. However, key limitations drive upgrades: the free plan caps users at 10, restricts user groups to 2, and excludes features like Kanban, payments, custom code, conditional forms, charts, calendars, e-signatures, and PWA. Softr's paid plans starting at $49/month unlock these capabilities progressively, with branding removal requiring the Professional tier at $139/month, a threshold multiple G2 reviewers cite as a significant pricing jump.

Is Softr considered good value for its pricing?

Softr is generally considered strong value, particularly for small businesses and non-technical founders replacing expensive custom development. G2 reviewers consistently highlight that building client portals, CRMs, and internal tools with Softr saves thousands in developer costs. The pricing model, which charges per builder rather than per end user, is frequently praised. However, G2 reviews of Softr also reveal recurring concerns about pricing jumps between tiers, particularly from Basic ($49/month) to Professional ($139/month) and Professional to Business ($269/month). Reviewers from countries with devalued currencies and bootstrapped startups find Softr's pricing harder to justify, though high overall ratings suggest most users feel the value delivered outweighs the cost.

"Effortless Setup with Potential for Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about Softr?

I love how easy the setup was with Softr; it was super easy to get started without any hassle. The ease of using the program is great, especially when letting the AI take over tasks, making the process much simpler. I also appreciate how Softr can be integrated with other AI tools, enhancing functionality for tasks like AI influencer creation. Overall, the straightforward usability and integration capabilities make it a worthwhile tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

I find the pricing and trial period limiting. The current cost feels a bit high and the seven-day free trial might not provide ample time for everyone to fully explore the software's capabilities. Additionally, I would prefer if there were a totally free version of the software, with an option to upgrade to a pro version. I also wish there were more capabilities and things I could do with the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An effective way of a non-coder to build a website quickly and conveniently"
4/5
What do you like best about Softr?

You can do the basics easily and quickly. Softr provides templates so you are given inspiration on how to structure and design the website. Even though it is a no-code website builder, I was surprised by the features I could include on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Softr?

It can at times be restrictive as you are dependent on inserting blocks into the webpage to build it, rather than inserting text directly onto the page. It can also be difficult to set up website navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
