**What do you like best about SoftActivity?**

Its a User friendly and Customize HR Package  but Cost is High & easy to Handle ,Easy to train .Easy to catch up .Plat Form interdependent Software Package. Which can Connected to the network in the organization.just as instant . reporting is fast and quick . reporting is accurate and providing on time. 

**What do you dislike about SoftActivity?**

Appearance,Features, Cost,Accounts  unable to Manage. Inventory Can Not Manage, Unable to Pay EPF and ETF .Welfare Management is not entitle . KPI Reporting has no facility in this software package .Performance review of employees is unable to do so 

**Recommendations to others considering SoftActivity:**

Try include Employee Welfare Management 

Payroll including EPF & ETF

Leave Balances and Attendance related problems

When I'm able to understand the individuals and the data received in general information.

The need to continuously refresh to gain new knowledge. The scroll bars aren't positioned well

Softactivity is fantastic did the the additional information I located. Sounds informative
