Sociavore alleviated a lot of issues that we had with our previous software. It allows for menu updates, discount creation, order searching, and an intuitive user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Menus take a long time to load when updating - difficult when something needs to be done on the fly.
Photos for menus could use better organization and searching capabilities.
Order searching can be finicky - even if you put in the correct first/last name, it won't find it even if it exists... have to search the first name only, then find the last. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
