**What do you like best about Sociavore?**

Sociavore alleviated a lot of issues that we had with our previous software. It allows for menu updates, discount creation, order searching, and an intuitive user experience.

**What do you dislike about Sociavore?**

Menus take a long time to load when updating - difficult when something needs to be done on the fly.
Photos for menus could use better organization and searching capabilities.
Order searching can be finicky - even if you put in the correct first/last name, it won't find it even if it exists... have to search the first name only, then find the last.

**Recommendations to others considering Sociavore:**

Give yourself time to understand the ups and downs of the software to get around finicky issues.

**What problems is Sociavore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sociavore has allowed us to host online ordering, and have this integrate with our POS so that our accounting lives in one place and our kitchens receive the correct chits for order creation.
