I think it is awesome that they utilize analytics along with social media as not a lot of platforms focus on the analytics. If you specialize in the verticals that they specialize in, which is Beauty, Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Beverage Alcohol, Apparel/Fashion, Health and Wellness, and Cannabis then this is a platform you must use. It is expensive, which made it harder for us to resell. Also, once your employees get used to the platform and you have other verticals you cannot use Social Standards, which makes it tough internally to create repeatable processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
