What do you like best about Soapbox Engage?

SoapBox Engage scored highest in our review of 15 packages being used by other non-profit schools/parishes based on price/value, level of Salesforce integration for efficiency improvements, and flexibility. LIke best about SoapBox Engage:

1. Price to Value - meets all of automatation needs and streamlines online Donation Capture for the most economical cost. Ability to create unlimited pages with new costs. Moved off of much more expensive contracts/solutions and got more flexible options.

2. Full range of Features/Different Applications needed - Donation/Recurring Donation Capture, Registration/Tickets, "Shop" to sell items are all great when used together and streamlined our implementation

3. Customer Support/Ease of Updates - Allows Our Team to Customize Ourselves when we want to and Gives Great Support when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soapbox Engage?

We had some difficulty in setting up our new Stripe Account to go with SoapBox Engage initially with some of our previous Stripe settings. Luckliy, the SoapBox Engage support team jumped in with their Stripe experience and spotted what we had not set up correctly. After their help, everything has been flowing smoothly. What problems is Soapbox Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

Need to Increase Overall Fundraising - the online integration across multiple of their tools into Salesforce (and their features) have helped increase new fundraising giving by over 20%.

Reduce Total Cost of Solution - this replaced a solution that required a 3-year contract and had an annual cost of 13x what we are paying for SoapBox Engage's 3 solutions we now use.

Less Work for Data Entry Teams - we've eliminated/automated almost all of the recurring payments that were being re-entered into Salesforce NPSP and migrated 5-10% more of the manual donation entry since we implemented the solutions, and now we can capture more than donations to save more time (e.g. Activity/Field Trip Fees, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Soapbox Engage?

Soapbox is my preferred donation management platform. If you already use Salesforce, it makes sense to choose a donation software that integrates seamlessly, rather than something that operates independently.

When your development and accounting teams have to spend time reconciling each other’s numbers, Soapbox eliminates that extra step and allows both teams to trust the data. As a CFO, I can trust the numbers the first time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Soapbox Engage?

Some folks might think that there isn't enough flexibility in the payment form. But I disagree. I would prefer that people spend their time cultivating donor relationships in person or at events. What problems is Soapbox Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I implemented Soapbox Engage for a second time, I wanted to make sure we focused on ease of implementation and customer support. With Soapbox Engage, you can get it up and running quickly with a few configurations to meet your organizations needs.

They have amazing customer support! You can join open office hours, which I highly recommend, and often have community events your team can join.
