**What do you like best about SOAP Vault?**

switched from schedulicity because the added feature of soap notes.  Able to submit suggestions and soapvault is receptive to input and implements.

**What do you dislike about SOAP Vault?**

Lack the colors of schedulicity and find it hard to determine line/time setting up appointment on.  Schedulicity shows time when you hover over spot.

**Recommendations to others considering SOAP Vault:**

Having used soap vault over a year we have noticed it is continually evolving and making additions to it's offerings

**What problems is SOAP Vault solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced paper files because of electronic soap notes.  Quicker access to notes
