That we do not need to do our own developments and regular updates.
Support is appreciated.
1 contact point/person.

**What do you dislike about SNI?**

Project realization and delivery including testing takes much longer than the project planning estimated by SNI.
Not always in touch on specific tax rules.
To get more tax expertise.

**What problems is SNI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration and reporting to EU tax authorities.
No local development and maintenance on our side.
More effective and productive yes

**What do you dislike about SNI?**

that they are not always prefered partner to SAP like for Serbia eInvoicing

they solved Turkey eLedger and Egypt eInvoicing for us
