&lt;p&gt;For a small DTC brand starting out, an API-priced enrichment tool makes more sense than an enterprise CDP contract. Something like FullContact is affordable and quick to wire in for filling out contact records. Test match coverage on your own list first, though, since it varies, and pricing can get layered as you scale.&lt;/p&gt;
