**What do you like best about SNChart?**

Friendly Staff.  Quick turnaround time for dictation. Surgical notes continue to update their system to keep up with current technology.

**What do you dislike about SNChart?**

So no dislikes at this time. You can always count on someone to fix your problems.

**What problems is SNChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have no problems at this time.

**What do you like best about SNChart?**

Surgical Notes is very receptive to my inquires or issues. The platform is very easy for our docs to use and they (and I) appreciate the quick turnaround.

**What do you dislike about SNChart?**

I wish we could see more than 30 days on the home screen. You have to switch it manually to see past that (which isn't really a big deal but I had to write something!)

**What problems is SNChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The docs find it very easy to use and it helps keep them up-to-date on their dictations.

Excellent customer service, user-friendly web and phone apps, helped improve physician dictation completion

**What do you dislike about SNChart?**

So far, I like all of SN Chart; Surgical Notes has taken all client suggestions and inut into account when updating the web portal and the mobile phone app

**What problems is SNChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our physicians were taking too long to dictate their procedures, and just as long to amend any notes.  Surgical Notes did major updates to SNChart, and it has drastically improved the turn around time for OpNote completion.

It is fast, never gets stuck, and takes a lot less space.

**What do you dislike about SNChart?**

Sometimes the first 1-2 seconds are not recorded when physicians use this software.

Not applicable.

**What problems is SNChart solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My medical transcription needs are solved with this software, with especially the updated version.
