No user specific learning of the software. They make you use a generic login user so the software never gets better with time. No longer remembers a correction. You have to retype a correction throughout the entire document. I'm calling every 1-2 weeks with a problem that is big enough to slow my work production down. We’ve had multiple instances where the cursor didn’t move to the dictation field, causing serious delays. When we move the cursor to another field, the transcription frequently stays in the previous field, so we have to correct it before proceeding, which takes time. Dragon Medical One has also frozen and stopped functioning, so we couldn’t continue dictating.
