**What do you like best about SnapRetail?**

Nothing. I was hired to fix a website that I cannot even see analytics for. The site is full of broken links, wrongly formatted URLs and zero attention to seo. This "retail" site is falling apart and Snap Retail has refused to respond to me (or the company owners)  for months!

**What do you dislike about SnapRetail?**

WHEN WILL YOU RETURN A CUSTOMER’S MANY ATTEMPTS TO REACH YOU? WHEN WILL YOU FIX THE BROKEN LINK ON OUR HOME PAGE THAT HAS PREVENTED US FROM COLLECTING NEW  NEWSLETTER RECIPIENTS … FOR MONTHS?!? WHEN WILL YOU GIVE US ACCESS TO OUR GOOGLE ANALYTICS? WHEN WERE YOU PLANNING TO CONVERT US TO GA4? ITS MORE THAN A YEAR OVERDUE. 

This company is a disgrace. I have worked with so many marketing/cms software companies over the past 25 yrs as a marketing manager. I have never encountered such a poorly managed company. No response at all. Nothing. Meanwhile, the basic services we are paying for have not been touched in at least six months, despite all my efforts. We are losing business as a result of this neglect. Please tell me what to do to get your attention

**What problems is SnapRetail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are not solving any problems. They are causing irreparable harm to my clients.
