**What do you like best about Snaphunt?**

I was using Snaphunt to hire for tech and creative roles as talent in Switzerland & Germany can be expensive to hire full-
time. I was able to find talent across Europe in regions like Turkey, India, etc where the time zone was suitable and easy

to work with. It is very easy to post a job on Snaphunt and the platform has lot of options for automation. I was able to get
a large number of applications and also liked the new auto reject feature that helps manage rejections daily with
automation. It's a very useful platform if you are hiring International talent.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

Snaphunt is very easy to use. So don't dislike anything in particular. But I think if it had options to add salary by the hour
VS only by month and year it would help to find a lot more talent. Especially for contract roles. But I am aware they also
have solutions for contract hiring.

**What problems is Snaphunt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring international talent is not easy. Most platforms let you hire by country. But Snaphunt lets me hire by region. So can
get talent in my timezone and that match my salary expectation. It also helps me to get mroe applications from around
the globe so I can find the right talent to grow my business faster.

**What do you like best about Snaphunt?**

They publish articles and organize webinars that help you in your job search, full of valuable advice and with a practical approach. Besides, their platform is intuitive, has a very attractive design and saves you a lot of time when creating your profile. Also, they offer additional resources such as personality tests and video-resumes, not common in other similar companies.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

In my particular case, it seems that there aren't so many job offers that match my skillset and expertise, at least for the momento being. This is the only downside I can think of.

**What problems is Snaphunt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think they allow you to showcase your skills and your potential as a professional in a very attractive way, with features that can make you stand out such as the video resume or the psychometric profile.

**What do you like best about Snaphunt?**

As a recruiter, I have been an ardent user of Snaphunt for months.

What I love best about Snaphunt is the immediate notification sent to qualified candidates and the recommendation of qualified candidates tailored to each job post.

Also posting jobs and following up with candidates on the website is very easy and user-friendly. 
It also has this feature where you can move candidates who have been reviewed to different sections based on their CVs.

The website also loads very fast and has no distracting or pop-up ads even for the free version. That is a nice quality. 

The diversity of their talent pool is great, you could find qualified candidates even for language-specific roles.

Snaphunt is a secure site that is mindful of the safety and privacy of its users. When I signed up as a recruiter, I needed to provide documentation to prove my recruitment identity and I believe that is a nice feature to prevent fake job postings.

Lastly, the customer service of snap-hunt is fast and reliable.
I would honestly recommend Snaphunt to fellow recruiters as well as job seekers.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

What I dislike about Snaphunt is that some Candidates who apply for language-specific roles do not mention on their profile or summary if they have the necessary language certificates or are conversant with the language needed. 
This is limiting as one needs to open up their CV to see complete details.
It would be great if Snaphunt could add a feature that candidates are required to show their proficiency in the MUST-HAVE languages for roles.

**What problems is Snaphunt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working as a recruiter for talents from the APAC region, finding qualified candidates can be a daunting task. Using Snaphunt has reduced this workload by almost 65%. I am getting more results from it than from Linkedin via cold messaging qualified candidates and even making use of the job posting.  This is because it has a diverse talent pool and I can get qualified candidates from APAC countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Korea among others. 

In summary, Snaphunt has helped me solve the problem of sourcing candidates.

**What do you like best about Snaphunt?**

I was looking for experienced remote graphic designers, UX and UI designers, and digital specialists. Snaphunt was really easy, convenient, and fast in helping me find great talent. In a few days, I got a lot of relevant applications. I also was able to see insights on notice periods and salary that made it faster to screen them. There is also applicant information on culture fit that each applicant has which is very different and interesting. Very few hiring solutions or job boards offer this sort of functionality. I really like the platform and have been using it for the past 3 months.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

I think it took me a few days to get used to it. There are a lot of functionalities and it can be overwhelming at the start. But I could do everything from finding suitable candidates to screening, scheduling interviews, and even reference checks. So very happy with it.

**What problems is Snaphunt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was finding it hard to find remote talent for a while. When I used LinkedIn, I saw a lot of creative professionals who applied. But I had to spend a lot of time to screen them, coordinate, and communicate. Snaphunt has really reduced at least 50% of the time I used to spend on finding talent. I really like the templates and automation and have seen and hired some great people, especially in UX and design.

**What do you like best about Snaphunt?**

I have used a few hiring solutions, but Snaphunt has stood out for me. It has helped me source a lot of good analyst profiles and technical roles for my team. Algorithm matching is really useful as it helps to shortlist the relevant talent faster. I also like the fact that you can see salary and culture-fit insights. This has helped us speed up the sourcing & screening process. They also have a fully managed hiring solution that we have used for a few of our roles. Which is really helpful if you are looking for talent in specific countries with specific skills. The pricing is also lower than the agencies we have used before and has good proactive support.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

I think the platform and support is great. Not much to dislike. But the free plan has restrictions. So the quarterly paid plan is a good option if you are planning to hire for a few roles, especially since you can post and source for unlimited jobs.

**What problems is Snaphunt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling to find the right talent for some hard-to-find roles, especially for specialists. So their Flexpert solution was very helpful in helping us hire for some key International roles. The platform also gave us a lot of insights into the candidates. Which was very helpful to screen and shortlist faster.

Snaphunt offers job roles that are highly compatible with the applicant's skills, experiences, and industry they want to work in. They also offer a free Psychometric test that will allow not only you but also the employer to see the summary of your good qualities.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

Since Snaphunt is personalized according to the user's profile, it limits the job vacancies you can send applications to. In short, it does not promote flexibility. This not actually a downside because it saves time and effort for both the applicant and employer in terms of checking qualifications

**What problems is Snaphunt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snaphunt allows me to solve my problem of looking for legitimate job posts as there are various fake hiring online. However, I suggest that Snaphunt can add a feature where it notify it's users that the application is viewed or the application is most likely not to proceed to the interview.

**What do you like best about Snaphunt?**

I always guess how my skills really look like and the psychometric test by SnapHunt covers it much better than expected. Obviously there are some area where I feel a little bit different, but only in small amount.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

Everything is set to the point and this should be a standard for any other similar providers. One thing to consider: I would like to know how my skills fit for particular job scopes. And maybe additional test with more question to combine results with wider softskills deeper.

I used psychometric test to prove my skills. Very useful. They offer me a bunch of jobs ready to apply what I already did. When they cover EU market widely it will make much more effective for myself.

The user-friendly navigation. The template to communicate with potential applicants and the customer service through chatbot who checks on our progress is also great.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

Not getting much exposure in PH market. I would be nice to work on the search engine optimization or maybe aggregators / job syndicating so to expose the job advertisements.

**What problems is Snaphunt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure since I'm currently using their free subscription. However, it's great that they cold leads or sourcing leads automatically whenever we post a new job ad.

The advantage would be that the applicants experiences can be seen and screened without unlocking the profile.

The platform is still relatively stuck in terms of demographics of candidates around the globe. The job details are quite hard to fill in because every field is compulsory to fill in, and there are some that are not necessary to fill in.

**What do you like best about Snaphunt?**

A very smart hiring platform, not like any other platforms I have used before. It has talent search, ATS, JD templates, many things in one platform. The matching algorithm helps reduced the quantity of applications (which helps a lot in talent screening, very time-saving) with higher qualified candidates.

**What do you dislike about Snaphunt?**

I don’t use the talent search much. I think it should have options to choose for location and job title (now I have to type in everything)

Time to get application and shortlisted is fast. Many things can be automated. Saving much time in hiring.
