**What do you like best about Snapforce CRM?**

There are so many things which i like about snapforce but the best about snapforce is snapforce mail and snapforce customer support . All the features are in one platform which give user the stability and more satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Snapforce CRM?**

As such there is no dislike about snapforce CRM but the support of customer service can be improved some times they miss the tickets or some times they just delay the calls.

**What problems is Snapforce CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As snapforce is a bussiness graded software solution which is help lots of bussiness run with such a seemless experince . As i am a user of this Snapforce and it's helping in every aspect.

**What do you like best about Snapforce CRM?**

Snapforce is a very phenomenal platform for efficient management of your business.
It is a highly customizable app and can be adjusted with any industry or enterprise needs.
It provides many features such as sales automation tools, marketing automation, field service, social CRM,web self-service and channel management. Contact management is very efficient. it helps to keep track of daily contacts the helps to upgrade information constantly through communication. It also keeps a record of the previous interactions so as to help giving an over view of the history and to help in generating desired results. SnapForce Mail box is amazing. It not only helps to sync emails with your clients automatically but it also helps to sort out the mails. If you are receiving mass mails, it helps you prioritize the important aspects which is very helpful. SnapForce is the only system which provides an enterprise cloud phone system that is built in the software and allows unlimited calling, transferring of calls, forwarding, voicemail to email and dial in conference bridges. The software is very easy to use. You can have custom notification which provide timely updates that match your requirement. The system is very straight forward and does not have many complicated sections. It is self-explanatory. It is very affordable as well.

**What do you dislike about Snapforce CRM?**

Customer support should be improved. Calling gets delayed sometimes on different workstations. The system can sometime have glitches.

SnapForce provides a very efficient platform for CRM, marketing automation as well as a call center. It is suitable to use for all size companies.

**What do you like best about Snapforce CRM?**

SnapForce has an ideal customization availability for my organization needs. As a non profit, we keep track of daily contacts and constantly update that information through communication. SnapForce is a great and handy tool to track the conversation. If you are receiving a bunch of Email on daily basis from different people, Snapforce could help you sort out all the information neatly.

**What do you dislike about Snapforce CRM?**

Snapforce does not have a field that allows users to put in multiple values. It would not become an issue unless you have a customer who belongs to multiple 'types', and you want to tag him/her in for filter purpose.

**What problems is Snapforce CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried Snapforce to keep track of volunteers.
