By far, SMX has the most secure email filtering for our organization. Their filtering helps us to eliminate huge amount of spam and phishing emails from coming in. The SmartRules DLP interface is a bit complex and can take a bit of time to familiarize. Apart from that, their whitelisting and blacklisting drop-down listing is very close to the list therefore it can create a bit confusion whether or not the item has been added.
