Kept everything in alphabetical order when saved in the file **What do you dislike about SMS TitleExpress?** Everything else. Can only open one file at a time. No fedex or Certifid integrated in the system. Couldn't add drop a file into an email. **Recommendations to others considering SMS TitleExpress:** Until Titleexpress undates and integrates more items to help with flow of work, they will be stuck **What problems is SMS TitleExpress solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since switching to Softpro everything is of easy to keep track of where as TSS was not so easy and you had to create tasks to complete ### 2. Title Express organizes their file by tabs which makes finding what you're looking for simple. **What do you dislike about SMS TitleExpress?** The search function in the title express is very particular. If a buyer's name includes a middle initial, but you type only their first and last name, it often won't come up. This is extremely challenging when trying to help a customer quickly. I also wish you could have more than one file open at a time. When a customer calls, you have to get out of everything to open their file and answer questions. **Recommendations to others considering SMS TitleExpress:** After switching to a different software program, I can't imagine going back to title express. **What problems is SMS TitleExpress solving and how is that benefiting you?** TSS events help keep each department on track with a checklist to ensure you didn't miss anything. This program makes working in separate locations less challenging because you know which step in the process everyone is in ### 3. In the beginning it was a cutting edge product but there is much more competition now and i would say it does not appear that TitleExpress has kept up with that competition. **What do you dislike about SMS TitleExpress?** The workflows are too difficult to make changes to and customize. We are not able to make simple changes ourselves and have great difficulty getting support to make changes in a timely manner if at all. It's just not an end user-friendly experience. My main use of the system is to produce reports and the process to make a simple change is maddingly complex. To the point where I am now making manual changes myself everytime I run the report because the simple change that could eliminate work for me has not been made for over a year. **Recommendations to others considering SMS TitleExpress:** Get a firm commitment on the level of support they are offering.
