I purchased a corporate subscription in January through a representative, Mr. Sadik Patel. Initially, I was informed that he was unavailable due to health issues and hospitalization, which I completely understood. However, when I later requested assistance and asked for a refund in January itself, communication became very difficult. My calls were not answered, and I struggled to get proper support from the company. On WhatsApp, there was a message indicating that the refund would be processed, but after that there has been no follow-up or resolution. **What problems is Sms Local solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been a frustrating experience trying to get support and a refund despite multiple attempts to contact the company. I hope the company improves its customer support and response time so that other customers do not face a similar situation. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. ### 2.
