Until now we have not had any kind of problem regarding the operation of the system, a very detailed and complete tool, each of its characteristics and functions are very intuitive so we do not need any kind of help from third parties or technical support, however to Future could improve or add new characteristics and text, colors or designs to be able to improve the surveys and make them more attractive, that is, to offer a continuous change to send variety. I like that there are a multitude of question types to choose from. I don't have to only make questions available for multiple choice answers. I can make questions on a scale or ranking and it is easier to gain valuable data that I need. It is perfect to gain opinions on the journalism story that I am writing, but I can see it being super useful for business owners or administrators looking for feedback from customers/clients on services and products. I wish you could preview what the question and answers would look like before you choose to add the question to the survey. " 4.5/5 What do you like best about SmartSurvey? I like that they offer a free option, it made trying it out easy and cost effective. Also, If you’re a non profit or in education, premium is potentially free. Once you’re done with your survey, you get results instantly so it’s good if you’re in a time crunch.
