**What do you like best about SmartElds?**

Concerning the live tracking of the hours of service (HOS) of drivers, this has been useful for the fleet management. SmartElds do away with the physical logs and assist the drivers to reduce time and abide by the FMCSA regulations.

**What do you dislike about SmartElds?**

There are a number of reporting features within the SmartElds windows which simply feel a bit underdone. I can do what is called basic HOS reports but I cannot typecast them to suit our needs.

**What problems is SmartElds solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HOS compliance for our fleet has been made easier by the use of SmartElds. This makes the data recording process free of error and makes certain that we are in touch with the current trend. This has helped us avoid time and money which could have been spent on fines and violations.
