**What do you like best about Smalution CRM?**

We love all the help that Smalution has given us in areas where we did not know the business was struggling as much as it was. Examples are that they provide features like territory management, segmentation, marketing automation integration, document storage.

**What do you dislike about Smalution CRM?**

They only support in the language of English and as we have many international clients (80% of our base) it has become problematic and we have voiced this to the team.

**Recommendations to others considering Smalution CRM:**

Please consider they do not have translators.

**What problems is Smalution CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some problems are listed here: territory management, segmentation, marketing automation integration, document storage and many others. We are very happy considering the price is not too high.
