**What do you like best about SlapFive Customer Marketing Software?**

My favorite aspect of SlapFive is its customizability. We built custom workflows and campaigns to meet the needs of our robust referral and reference programs. The software allows multiple ways to track submitted referrals, allows internal contacts to nominate new advocates and request reference calls; while keeping all of our customer data and content in one centralized location.   For our reference program, we’ve automated the entire scheduling process which has saved us about 20 hours a week, allowing our team to focus on more strategic advocate engagement.  The SlapFive team is incredibly collaborative; they deeply care about our success and ensure we have the resources needed to be successful. I have truly enjoyed working with such a knowledgeable and dedicated team.

**What do you dislike about SlapFive Customer Marketing Software?**

Integrating SlapFive with Salesforce was a significant undertaking for us. Because we have an enterprise-level Salesforce instance at RingCentral, which includes multiple different sandbox environments and a lengthy sprint cycle, implementing the necessary updates was a time-consuming process. However, once all of our SFDC requirements were fully defined, it took us only three months to launch the custom integration with minimal issues.  The custom workflows and automations we’ve implemented are excellent, though they required heavy collaboration with the SlapFive team to configure. Moving forward, it would be ideal to have more autonomy to customize workflows and campaign automations directly within the platform.

**What problems is SlapFive Customer Marketing Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At RingCentral, we use SlapFive to centralize all our customer content and data, while managing our referral and reference programs. Prior to adopting SlapFive, we did not have a centralized location to house our customer advocate data and content.

**What do you like best about SlapFive Customer Marketing Software?**

We want to scale our client advocacy program and SlapFive should be able to do that. We are using it form customer marketing, customer references, and advocacy content.

**What do you dislike about SlapFive Customer Marketing Software?**

We have a very complex setup but SlapFive is helping us get where we need to go. I don't have anything that I dislike

**What problems is SlapFive Customer Marketing Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us streamline and scale client references and advocacy activities. We have this in spreadsheets now so we want a platform to build on a grow. SlapFive is helping with that.
