
My favorite aspect of SlapFive is its customizability. We built custom workflows and campaigns to meet the needs of our robust referral and reference programs. The software allows multiple ways to track submitted referrals, allows internal contacts to nominate new advocates and request reference calls; while keeping all of our customer data and content in one centralized location. For our reference program, we’ve automated the entire scheduling process which has saved us about 20 hours a week, allowing our team to focus on more strategic advocate engagement. The SlapFive team is incredibly collaborative; they deeply care about our success and ensure we have the resources needed to be successful. Integrating SlapFive with Salesforce was a significant undertaking for us. Because we have an enterprise-level Salesforce instance at RingCentral, which includes multiple different sandbox environments and a lengthy sprint cycle, implementing the necessary updates was a time-consuming process. However, once all of our SFDC requirements were fully defined, it took us only three months to launch the custom integration with minimal issues. The custom workflows and automations we’ve implemented are excellent, though they required heavy collaboration with the SlapFive team to configure.
