I like that SlabOS is an all-in-one tool. I can quote, schedule, and chase slab inventory all on one screen, and I can track literally everything in one portal that talks with the other parts of my business. It replaces five separate tools and logins, and it does the separate jobs better than the other tools I’ve used. I like that it understands seams, edges, and cutouts, so I can do drawings in a few clicks, while customers can see the real stone in 3D or AR on their phone. Auto nesting has probably been the biggest money saver for us because it nests every piece against the slabs we actually have, and our waste dropped noticeably. I can export straight into the saw as a DXF with no redraw. I also like that SlabOS pulls past jobs to predict how long each scheduling stage takes, so I don’t have to do it manually and our calendar is actually realistic. Email runs inside the job, so replies file themselves onto the right job and nothing gets lost in someone’s personal inbox. The customer portal lets clients see the status, sign the contract, and pay the deposit themselves. The migration from Moraware was extremely easy and took a couple days, with almost everything coming across on the first pass. I can quote faster, bid tighter because I know my real margin before the quote ships, and win jobs that I would have lost. I can also put my whole crew on it with unlimited users and no per-seat fees. Everything works properly, and I’d definitely recommend SlabOS 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just wish SlabOS had been around when I first started my business. It’s fairly new software, and I definitely could have used it five years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
