**What do you like best about Slaask?**

It is our main tool for proactive customer interaction, with which we can promote sales and pre-sales processes, marketing automation, function request and customer support, obtaining top quality results. We have managed to unify all communication with clients through a single platform, which has allowed us to improve the care, support and help that we provide, giving them the possibility of having a better experience and that they feel more satisfied with us, our products and our services.

**What do you dislike about Slaask?**

The software interface is very intuitive, however it lacks some functions that would turn some tasks into easier actions and without any complexity, in this way I can highlight the lack of search option from the contact directory, by including it we It would allow to find a specific client much faster and thus speed up the service provided.

**Recommendations to others considering Slaask:**

Slaask is the way to go, it is for all types of companies with proactive thinking that believe in the vision all the tools in one place, and that this possibility makes an interaction with first-class customers a reality and thus be able to act demonstrating a stellar customer experience in both sales and support. It is an extremely functional platform, at the same time it can be easily customized and adapted to the business flow that is handled, it is very clean and easy to understand, as well as a comfortable very competitive price with all the options on the market.

**What problems is Slaask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the best way to interact with potential customers and prospects wherever they are, and through any medium or channel be it the website, Facebook page, Twitter page, Instagram page, any iOS application or Android application, or simply through your mailbox, and best of all is that we can carry out all these interactions from a single point in space thanks to this unified platform, taking into account that the organization must be where the clients and not the other way around, and this is achieved by unifying communication with the client and all work teams operating from a single shared control center

Customers have instant access to company's staff, and Slaask saves time because staff can manage multiple chat conversations at once.

Slaask doesn't offer training support, otherwise am able to enjoy email, tickets, live support and phone.

Best App no need to alter your software infrastructure to bundle it inside. I absolutely recommend

The best App to monitor customer behaviour in real time and identify their operations.

Currently, I only dislike that it requires robust internet access to send messages with Slaask.

This tool has not yet started to offer some flaws, even though we haven't used it for long.

**What do you like best about Slaask?**

Slaask's simple and intuitive interface makes it easy to use. 
It is well integrated with other communication apps we use. 
For a customer service tool, I think the pricing is really affordable. 
I enjoy using emojis a lot, and Slaask has lots of emojis to make communication more fun. 
Slaask also does a great job of creating dedicated channel for each conversation. 

**What do you dislike about Slaask?**

The only issue I've encountered thus far is the limited capability of the search function. When searching for a particular content, the result aren't usually what I'd expect. 

**Recommendations to others considering Slaask:**

Slaask is a great customer service tool that makes it easy to communicate with clients directly from Slack. It works well and has lots of integration that will make customer service easier. 

**What problems is Slaask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use Slaask as a customer service application to communicate with clients via Slack. It does this very effortless and boost productivity and efficiency.

Communication with customers in a brand new way. It help to improve our customer service experience reducing the pressure and manage smart way.

**What do you dislike about Slaask?**

User interface can be used in more appropriate ways. Setting twining requires for better customer experience. Overall satisfaction was very good.

Approaching customers with effective communication skills and I had a great time in Lyon.

I like the integration with Slack for my organization. With Slaask, automatically is created a new channel with some chosen people to attend it, and anyone who is available can interact immediately with leads or customers.

**What do you dislike about Slaask?**

Nothing that I remember. Slaask is a great products with several customizations that adapts to business.

**Recommendations to others considering Slaask:**

If you want to centralize all communications over Slack, Slaask is a must.

**What problems is Slaask solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized information about leads and clients. People are very responsive to chatbots, so they never know that is a team behind the scenes providing help via Slack.

Nothing so far, but we are fairly new to it.

If you've never tried Slaask and are only familiar with its comeptitors for live support, give it a try!

We were using a different support chat solution and have really liked the flexibility Slaask offers over others.

Simple installation, zero configuration at start, and very huge amount of settings if its needed.

**What do you dislike about Slaask?**

Administrative panel is something that confuses you. No UX designer were involved in development.
