**What do you like best about Skyward?**

Nothing. This is an awkward, glitchy, slow, and redundant program.

**What do you dislike about Skyward?**

This system loses our password half the time, is unintuitve in navigating, and is ugly to look at. It is the most uselessly complicated piece of software I have ever encountered, with no easy way to figure it out.

Everything is a problem, and I have seen no benefits at all. What is even the point of this system?

**What do you like best about Skyward?**

It helps me to keeps track of employee info, planning, workload oriented  rewards, to equipped with training , and  helps in scheduling events such as interviews and internal meetings.

**What do you dislike about Skyward?**

Technical training required to equip with features of the application.

**What problems is Skyward solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee engagement and management which keeps me updated about employees info and whereabouts
