**What do you like best about Skyp?**

Easy to use, for video calling and reaching out to others. Easy to work with maneuver around. Customer service is always quick to response if needed. Use it once a week with coworkers and customers. In a week it took everyone to get adjusted to the platform integration was quick and painless!

**What do you dislike about Skyp?**

Depending on WIFI or phone service calls get disconnected but that's not as bad as other services out there.

**What problems is Skyp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skype solves communication problems quickly
