**What do you like best about SkyBoss?**

I find the paperless invoicing and job splitting useful especially when running my service base business. This has been helpful and convenient for our field technicians as the mobile app enables me to view and edit job information in real-time.

**What do you dislike about SkyBoss?**

There still isn’t real-time display of stock levels and such other handy features are not availed by SkyBoss as Reorder points. This makes it difficult to have stock management and this becomes even more complex when doing business, thus;

**What problems is SkyBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have found that SkyBoss has enhance the effectiveness of my service business. Some of the changes I have done that made my work easier are paperless invoicing, job splitting, and the mobile app.

**What do you like best about SkyBoss?**

I have found SkyBoss useful for my field service company. The scheduling of jobs and the dispatching of technicians and the tracking of their progress have been enhanced hence increasing productivity.

**What do you dislike about SkyBoss?**

The limitation of the SkyBoss that I’ve personally come across is the limited capability when it is offline. Working remotely, technicians are not able to view job information or update the status of their reports.

**What problems is SkyBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SkyBoss has cut through the confusion of managing my field service business using spreadsheets and paper based forms. This enables me to have a bird’s eye view of the projects being undertaken, the technicians’ schedule as well as customer information.

**What do you like best about SkyBoss?**

SkyBoss has proved useful for my field service organisation. Subscheduler work has been made easier through the ability to schedule jobs, locating and tracking technicians and generating invoices electronically.

**What do you dislike about SkyBoss?**

One of the disadvantage of SkyBoss is that it offer minimal interaction when used offline. This may cause inconvenience especially to technicians who operate in regions where network connectivity is a challenge.

**What problems is SkyBoss solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With SkyBoss the way I run my service business has changed dramatically. All these have been made easy by SkyBoss by automating them thereby reducing the time I spend on them a lot enabling me grow my business.
