## About Skladon
In Skladon we take care of complete fulfillment services for online stores and manufacturing companies selling their goods online. Our fulfillment services, incl. storage, picking, packing, transport, reverse logistics and much more, are provided in our distribution center in the industrial zone in Mosnov, near Ostrava Airport, which currently has 16 000 sq.m. We cooperate with more than 20 global and local carriers, providing linehauls directly to Czech, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian markets. We delevoped plugins and integrations to all Czech major e-shop platforms. All of our clients have their own accesses to our MySkladon app, which we completely developed. In the app our clients find total overview about their logistics, such as information about orders, inventory, claims, returns, receivings etc. All the information are available online, in real time, 24/7 and on any device with internet connection. To summarize it, they have all their logistics in their pocket. Furthermore, the application is a bridge between their online stores and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) when the information flow between all these systems mutually. The MySkladon app meets the highest technological demands in the area of storage management.

**What do you like best about Skladon?**

What we appreciate about Skladon is their ability to adapt to individual client requirements at all stages of the logistics process. Clients have access to the MySkladon application, which provides them with a continuous overview of orders, current stock levels and other key information.

The team at Skladon is made up of professionals with many years of experience who are dedicated to providing excellent service and customer care. Another major advantage is their conveniently located distribution center - close to shipping depots and near the border, allowing for fast and efficient delivery.

**What do you dislike about Skladon?**

Although Skladon offers a wide range of customised services, it still focuses on traditional packaging methods. It does not currently use fully automated packing lines, which could increase efficiency and speed of order processing. 

While this does not prevent the quality of service delivery, we see potential for further innovation and growth. In the future, the introduction of these technologies could take Skladon to an even higher level in fulfillment.
