It allows me to run reports that are comprehensive enough to tell me how productively everyone is working. **What do you like best about TrakIT?** I like the ability to run productivity reports that allow me to see exactly what everyone is doing at a particular moment in time. a snapshot of the workforce, which is helpful for yearly reviews & etc. **What do you dislike about TrakIT?** there really is not much to dislike here. I do wish I got more advanced search fields or maybe user-defined fields within the search functions of the software however it is not a deal-breaker as the search function is still very powerful. **What problems is TrakIT solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to have a snapshot of employee productivity versus project productivity is most advantageous of this software as I am able to not only keep track of the project but also the employees. ### 3.
